Located in the heart of Boltenhagen, this 3-room vacation apartment offers 74 m² of space for up to 4 people. Your vacation home is located on the 3rd floor of the Seeschwalbe building and features a living and dining area, a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a large balcony facing southeast. The beach is only about 100 m away from here.

You can access the furnished balcony from the living room. Here in the living area, the comfortable sofa set, flat-screen TV, and radio ensure a relaxing vacation experience.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, and microwave. At the dining area, right next to the kitchenette, you’ll find plenty of space for your vacation meals with four wicker chairs around the table.

For a restful night’s sleep, the first bedroom features a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), and the second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The closet and dresser provide storage space for your luggage. You can use the curtains on the windows for privacy.

The vacation rental’s modern bathroom has a glass shower. The wet area and kitchen are tiled. The bedrooms have laminate flooring, and the living and dining areas have hardwood floors. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. For your vacation with small children, a travel crib, a high chair, and a handcart (subject to availability) are provided free of charge. The sunny and modern Seeschwalbe house is centrally located in the Baltic Sea resort town of Boltenhagen. Several shopping options are in the immediate vicinity.
