Vacation Rental No. 95 at the Sünnslag Resort is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

You can enjoy your vacation here in a space of approximately 53 m². The apartment, which features a south-east-facing terrace, is located on the first floor. Here you’ll find a living and dining area, a separate kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The distance to the beach from the Sünnslag vacation complex is approximately 400 m.

From the living area, you can step out onto the furnished terrace. A small hedge provides privacy. The bright living room features a cozy sofa and the dining area. A TV and a radio are available for your entertainment. The flooring here is vinyl.

The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave. The kitchen area has tile flooring.

The bedroom features a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). Vinyl flooring was chosen for this room. Of course, a closet is available for your vacation wardrobe. The windows are covered with blackout curtains.

The bathroom has tile flooring. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

An outdoor parking space is included with the apartment in the immediate vicinity. Bicycles can be stored in the shed. The Sünnslag vacation complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

The mostly south-facing orientation of the homes promises plenty of relaxing hours in the sun on your balcony or terrace. All vacation apartments and semi-detached homes are individually furnished and feature a living room, at least one bedroom, bathrooms, and, in some cases, separate kitchens, providing a comfortable living experience for 2–8 people.
