Vacation Apartment No. 9 at the Sünnslag vacation complex is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

The apartment, which is approximately 55 m², is located on the first floor. You enter the apartment through a separate entrance. Inside, you’ll find a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace. The distance to the beach from the Sünnslag vacation complex is approximately 400 m.

From the living room, you can step out onto the furnished southeast-facing terrace. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, a stereo system, and a double sofa bed (130 x 200 cm).

The dining area, which seats 4 people, is adjacent to the kitchen area. The built-in kitchenette features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, an oven, a ceramic cooktop, and a microwave.

The first bedroom has a box-spring bed with a continuous sleeping surface of 180 cm. Curtains have been installed on the windows to block out the light. The wardrobe offers space for your vacation wardrobe. In the second bedroom, two people can sleep in a bunk bed. There is a wardrobe and a bookshelf here.

The shower room is tiled. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. Designer flooring has been installed throughout the apartment.

The assigned parking space is located right next to the apartment. Bicycles can be stored in a separate bike shed. The Sünnslag vacation complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).

You can reach the Sünnslag resort from Kastanienallee via the quiet residential streets Ahornweg and Eichenweg. The mostly south-facing orientation of the homes promises plenty of relaxing hours in the sun on your balcony or patio. All vacation apartments and semi-detached homes are individually furnished and, with a living room, at least one bedroom, bathrooms, and in some cases separate kitchens, offer comfortable accommodations for 2–8 people. Some apartments include a separate shed or storage room for bicycles.
