Vacation Apartment No. 47 at the Sünnslag vacation complex is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

This 3-room apartment with a south-facing terrace spans approximately 68 m² of living space and offers you and your travel companions a cozy place to stay. The ground-floor apartment features a living and dining area, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchenette. The distance to the beach from the Sünnslag resort is approximately 400 m.

From the living area, you can step out onto the furnished terrace. A small hedge provides privacy. The light-filled living room features a comfortable sofa set and the dining area. For your entertainment, there’s a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and a selection of books and games.

For your culinary adventures, the kitchenette is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a 4-burner stovetop. The floors in the living and kitchen areas are tiled.

A double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) in the first bedroom and two single beds (90 x 200 cm) in the second bedroom ensure a restful night’s sleep. You can store your luggage in a closet in each respective area. Curtains are installed on the windows to block out the light. Carpeted flooring was chosen for both rooms.

The tiled shower room has a heated towel rack. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

Your assigned parking space is located right next to the apartment. Bicycles can be stored in a separate bike shed. The Sünnslag vacation complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).

You can reach the Sünnslag resort from Kastanienallee via the quiet residential streets Ahornweg and Eichenweg. The mostly south-facing orientation of the homes promises plenty of relaxing hours in the sun on your balcony or terrace. All vacation apartments and semi-detached homes are individually furnished and, with a living room, at least one bedroom, bathrooms, and in some cases separate kitchens, offer a comfortable living experience for 2–8 people. Some apartments include a separate shed or storage room for bicycles.
