The cozy, 54 m² Vacation Home No. 61 c features a living room with a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower, and 1 guest restroom. Two terraces ensure that you can enjoy the sun all day long.

The bright living area features a cozy sitting area and a small coffee table, as well as a dining area with an extendable dining table and 6 chairs. A flat-screen TV, DVD player, and stereo system offer a variety of entertainment options. A small selection of games and books is also available. A double sofa bed (160 x 190 cm) can accommodate two people. The large terrace faces southwest and is furnished with a table and six adjustable folding chairs. The awning above provides shade whenever you want it. Two sun loungers are available. The smaller terrace in the entryway of the vacation home features a bench that’s perfect for sitting. A bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm each) and a wardrobe is also located on the first floor.

The kitchenette features a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an exhaust hood, and an oven. Additionally, a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and egg cooker are provided.

There is one bedroom on the upper floor of the vacation home. This bedroom features a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a spacious wardrobe. A small sitting area with two wicker armchairs and a table, a dimmable reading lamp, and a flat-screen TV provide an additional space to relax. Both Velux windows have blackout/heat-protection roller shades.

On the first floor of this vacation home, you’ll find a shower room with a washing machine, a hair dryer, and a mirror cabinet with a magnifying mirror. Upstairs, you’ll find a guest restroom with a sink, a magnifying mirror, and a hair dryer. A storage room contains a high chair and patio seat cushions.

There is a storage room next to the house with a clothes drying rack, etc. All rooms on the first floor have exterior blinds. The living areas feature designer flooring or laminate. The wet areas are tiled. Wi-Fi (not guaranteed).

Please understand that smoking is not permitted in the vacation home. Pets are allowed in this property.

The “Urlauberdorf” vacation complex is quietly located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen. Shopping options are only about 200 m away. A parking space is available right next to the house. The Urlauberdorf features a large children’s playground with a wooden climbing frame, sandbox, ping-pong table, soccer field, and benches for adults. Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).


Facility:

The vacation village offers you a quiet and relaxing stay and is centrally located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen. The distance to the beach is about 350 meters.

Children are very welcome at the vacation village. The complex features a spacious, green playground where your children can dig in the sandbox, climb the playhouse, and play on the seesaw and swings. There’s plenty of space for various ball games, and a ping-pong table rounds out the amenities.

Pets are allowed in many of the homes. Some homes offer free Wi-Fi. Each home has a free parking space for a car in the immediate vicinity (width: 1.90 m).

Vacation Homes in the Vacation Village:

Built in 1997, the vacation village offers generous space for four to six people in 142 individually furnished townhouses and semi-detached homes. The townhouses span two levels and typically feature three rooms (a living room and two bedrooms). Some homes have a second bathroom or a guest restroom. In nearly all homes, a wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere, especially in the fall and winter. The terraces are perfect for sunbathing and sharing meals together.

The townhouses and semi-detached homes are accessible only via the jetty paths. Spacious lawns between the homes create an ideal natural setting.

Some homes have sheds or storage areas available for your bicycles.
