Vacation Rental 04 in Building 1 of the Weiße Villen is a 3-room vacation rental on the first floor that accommodates up to 4 people (2 adults + 1 child, 1 infant).

Your approximately 66 m² vacation apartment is lovingly and modernly furnished. It features a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a balcony. Vinyl flooring is installed throughout the apartment. The bathroom is tiled. The apartment is approximately 200 meters from the beach. It features wide doorways and is therefore wheelchair accessible. (Please note: there is one step leading to the balcony!)

The living room is perfect for relaxing. Large windows create a spacious, airy atmosphere. The living room features a cozy couch, an armchair, and, of course, a flat-screen TV. From the living room, you can step out onto the furnished balcony, which faces south.

The kitchen, integrated into the living room, has everything you could want. Everything you need to prepare your meals is provided, including a stove with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop and an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and plenty of dishes, silverware, and glasses.

The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). Storing your clothes is no problem, as the bedroom has a spacious closet.

The second bedroom features a single bed with a pull-out bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). You can store your clothes in the closet.

The stylish bathroom has modern tiling and is equipped with a sink, a walk-in shower, and a toilet. The infrared sauna integrated into the bathroom is available to you free of charge.

Underfloor heating throughout the apartment ensures a pleasant, cozy warmth. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available to you free of charge.

This vacation rental is a non-smoking unit. Pets are not allowed. One free outdoor parking space (No. 4) is available for your car. It is located directly in front of the house. Bicycles can be stored in the lockable bike shed.

As a service, you’ll find two beds already made in the bedroom for two people at the Weiße Villen.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Additional bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).

The complex consists of three modern buildings with a total of 30 vacation apartments, each equipped with an elevator. The apartments feature upscale amenities, including sun-drenched terraces or balconies, an outdoor parking space right next to the building, and, in some cases, infrared sauna cabins. The cozy and modern 2- to 4-room apartments can accommodate up to 6 people—ideal for families with children. By combining two apartments (via a connecting door), you can even create a 6-room vacation apartment for up to 7 people. Pets are not allowed. As a special service, you’ll find two made-up beds waiting for you in the bedroom at the Weiße Villen. All apartments have Wi-Fi and a terrace or balcony.
