Vacation Rental No. 12 in Building 2 of the Weiße Villen is a 3-room ground-floor apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.<br><br>Your approximately 69 m² vacation rental is modernly furnished. It features a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a terrace. Vinyl flooring has been installed throughout the apartment. The bathroom is tiled. The beach is approximately 200 meters away.<br><br>The living room invites you to relax and unwind. The large windows also create a spacious, open feel. In addition to standard living room furnishings, such as a cozy couch, there is, of course, a flat-screen TV. From the living room, you can step out onto the furnished terrace, which faces south/west.<br><br>The kitchen, which is integrated into the living room, has everything you need to prepare meals. This includes an induction cooktop with 4 burners and an oven, a refrigerator with 2 large freezer compartments, a dishwasher, and plenty of dishes, cutlery, and glasses.<br><br>The first bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm). Storing your clothes is no problem, as the bedroom has a spacious closet. A TV is also provided.<br><br>The second bedroom features a bunk bed for 2 people (2x 90x200). You can also store your clothes in a closet.<br><br>The modern bathroom is tiled and equipped with a sink, a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a towel warmer. The infrared sauna integrated into the bathroom is available to you free of charge.<br><br>Underfloor heating ensures pleasant warmth throughout the entire apartment. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available to you free of charge. This vacation rental is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed. One free outdoor parking space (No. 12) is available for your car. It is located directly in front of the house.
