Vacation Apartment 18 in Building 2 of the Weiße Villen is a 3-room vacation apartment on the 2nd floor that accommodates up to 3 people.

Your approximately 65 m² vacation apartment is lovingly and modernly furnished. It features a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a balcony. Vinyl flooring is installed throughout the apartment. The bathroom is tiled. The apartment is located approximately 200 meters from the beach.

The living room is the perfect place to relax. The large windows in the living room create a spacious, inviting atmosphere. A cozy couch and a flat-screen TV are, of course, provided in the living room. From the living room, you can step out onto the furnished balcony, which faces south.

The kitchen is integrated into the living room and has everything you could want. Everything you need to prepare your meals is provided, including a stove with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop and an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and plenty of dishes, silverware, and glasses.

The first bedroom features a comfortable, made-up double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). The bedroom has a spacious closet where you can easily store your clothes.

The second bedroom features a single bed (90 x 200 cm).

The modern tiled bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.

The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, which provides cozy warmth on cold days. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available to you free of charge.

This is a non-smoking apartment where pets are not allowed. There is 1 free outdoor parking space (No. 18) available for your car. It is located directly in front of the building. Bicycles can be stored in the lockable bike shed.

As a service, you’ll find two made-up beds in the bedroom for two people upon arrival at the Weiße Villen.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Additional bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).

The cozy and modern 2- to 4-room apartments accommodate up to 6 people—ideal for families with children. By combining two apartments (via a connecting door), you can even create a 6-room vacation apartment for up to 7 people. Pets are not allowed. As a special service, you’ll find two made-up beds waiting for you in the bedroom at the Weiße Villen. All apartments feature Wi-Fi and a terrace or balcony.
