Stock up the fridge and prepare all your favorite dishes in the well-equipped, full kitchen, then dine together at the intimate table for two. The living area features a smart TV for streaming all your favorite channels using your own accounts while a space off the kitchen offers a desk and chair for your laptop.
When you want to get outdoors, relax on your furnished front porch, or in summer, you can go to the neighborhood beach located less than 1 mile from the cottage where you can play on the sand, splash in the water, soak up the sunshine, or indulge in a lakeside picnic.

Parts of this home are air-conditioned from approximately Memorial Day until Labor Day each year. This home does not have central air conditioning.
RVs, Trailers, Trucks, Mid-Sized or Large vehicles are not allowed - parking is available for one small vehicle

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
