Bella, ben arredata, con aria condizionata centralizzata, casa privata su 44 acri con vista sul lago George e sulle lontane montagne del Vermont.
Cucina enorme, molto ben attrezzata. Grande TV a schermo piatto da 50 "nel soggiorno al piano superiore e 40" nella camera familiare al piano inferiore più TV a schermo piatto nella camera da letto principale. 2 letti queen size in master, 2 gemelli in ciascuna delle altre 4 camere da letto più 1 doppia in camera familiare per overflow. Cancelli su tutte le scale per proteggere i bambini. 2 culle e 2 lettini per bambini più 3 pack-n-giochi e 2 seggioloni.

Goditi il barbecue sul ponte mentre i bambini giocano, basket e calcio sul prato. Se piove c'è ping pong e piscina all'interno ... e sempre un angolo tranquillo per leggere ...

Un pozzo del fuoco nel cortile di casa è un ottimo luogo di ritrovo per arrostire marshmallow di sera .... la vera esperienza di montagna con tutto il divertimento e la bellezza che Lake George ha da offrire.

Facile sentiero escursionistico fino alla cima della montagna.


Lake George offre molte attività. Ci sono noleggi di barche o moto d'acqua e parapendio a Chic's Marina o noleggiare una canoa o un kayak dal lago George Kayak proprio in città. Puoi salire sulla nave a vapore Mohican dal molo della città e visitare il lago. O prendere altre navi a vapore dal Lake George Village 9 miglia a sud alla fine del lago.

Great Escape è a 20 minuti a sud e Adirondack Extreme, un percorso a fune tra gli alberi, si trova a pochi minuti lungo la strada.

Great private house near Town of Bolton Landing

Close to all attractions. We loved Rogers Park, Rogers Rock Park & camp ground with boat launch and larger beach there. Sagamore was great with pavilion restaurant an A for food and service! Bolton landing had some great shops and restaurants too. Some of the group went to Fort Ticonderoga and a museum. We would have done the castle tour and garden tour but ran out of days! Only wished we booked a log er trip! Great fire pit and gorgeous views of lake off front deck. Very comfortable nice house for a crowd! Made a nice family dinner in the well equipped kitchen

4th of July with friends

Amazing space. Clean and well equipped for our group of friends on the holiday weekend. Close to the lake and with a wonderful view from the backyard and porch. A wonderful place to stay and would highly recommend if you’re ever planning to stay in Bolton Landing or visit Lake George.

Great property in a great location

This property is great for a group outing. Spacious house with plenty of room for our group. The property is fairly secluded with a private driveway but Bolton landing is just a 5 minute drive down the hill. Large deck perfect for group dinner and a beautiful view of lake George.

Perfect house for large groups

This property is fantastic for a large family or group of friends. Multiple bedrooms with twin beds and extra sleeping space in the downstairs living room. The outdoor area has a fire pit with 12 chairs around it as well as a big leveled yard for outdoor games. Great view of the lake from the backyard and deck! If it's raining there is a pool table, foosball and ping pong table in the game room. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. And there is a large driveway if multiple parking spots are needed. I would recommend this rental to anyone.

Lake george trip

Annual family weekend

Amazing family weekend in the most Perfect house. Large functional kitchen, big dining room tables so we could all share meals, well equipped games/toys for toddler, plenty of playpens/high chairs for baby. Wonderful location and easy ride to Bolton landing. Clean and welcoming. Most stunning views of thick plush forest and lake. Most definitely saving this home for future trips!!

The property provided multiple spaces for gathering our large extended three(3) family, four(4) generation clan (deck for meals, campfire circle, game rooms). 4th of July family vacation

Very large home, accommodating. Some of the mattresses need replacement. Only one TV working in family room. Living room TV not working. Beautiful view from home. Could have supplied some towels. One of my family ran into draining ditch at bottom of road, damaging car. Cones not visible going down road from house, only going up road, should be some kind of guard rail or some thing better on right side of ditch. Could at least add a hot tub outside. With having to strip beds, clean, move garbage to garage , a check out time of 10am was not enough time, unreasonable, 12 noon at least for check out time.

Family get together

This home is so beautiful and it was the right place for our family getaway. Very clean and you feel at home as soon as you walked in the door. Kitchen was large and stocked with everything you would need and more. Lots of games and the pool table,ping pong table and foosball, was Soo fun. The owner Joyce was very good at communicating when we had any questions. We made some wonderful family memories. Would definitely stay again.

Great property and location

Great for summer, early fall visits, very close to lake George and grocery etc. The first floor could get cold in the winter as it did in fall (relative to the second floor). Having the private trail on the property is great for early mornings and the fire place in the backyard for evenings. The ping pong table and snooker were great especially on a rainy day. Would recommend to groups up to 15 people. The host was very prompt with our inquiries and offered to come by if needed to help out, good experience overall!

Great family vacation

This property is fantastic. It is all that the description says it is and more. We loved sitting on the deck looking out onto the beautiful property and the lake and mountains beyond. I have rented many houses and this house has one of the larger and well organized kitchens that I've seen. I was there with my grandkids

Perfect lake house

Everything was great - enough beds for everyone, multiple bathroom, plenty of blankets, kitchenware, etc. The fire pit was our favorite - spent hours out there - lots of s’mores and laughs!

Perfect home away from home!

If you are looking for a home away from home…this is it! No need to keep looking. The owner Joyce has thought of everything!!! The house was perfect! It was so clean and had plenty of room for our large family of 12. The house is beautiful!! The fire pit was the perfect spot for drinks, stories and s’mores. We thought the microwave was broke because it wouldn’t pop popcorn and she was there within a few hours to replace the microwave. Well…it was not broken. It was user error lol. She was so easy going and said there’s no problem with having a back up. How’s that for customer service? Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about this home and the owner Joyce! We can’t wait to come back and make more memories! Thank you Joyce!

Great property!

My wife and I made a last minute decision to attend a wedding reception in Bolton, and found this great house! There is a ton of room and things to keep your family entertained, but it’s close enough to town and great hiking trails that it’s easy to spend the whole day out and about. We plan to come back with family and fully utilize the property!

Great For Families of All Ages

We were a group of 14 and were there to celebrate my wife's 75th birthday. Our group included adults, teens and little ones. And as others have mentioned, this is a big and beautiful house that includes plenty of room as well as toys, games and activities for all. There are also 2 kid friendly beaches and some excellent restaurants just 5 or 6 minutes away. We especially liked the family room where the teens had a place of their own for relaxing and playing video games on the 40 inch TV with their Xbox connected. And we couldn't have asked for a better host. We had a few questions before and during our stay and we always received friendly, helpful and prompt replies. Thank you Joyce! We all had a great time and always felt at home in your wonderful house.

Great House!

Property was clean and in great shape. Plenty of room for the 3 families that stayed there. Really nice game room in the garage and a great fireplace upstairs. As a bonus you will see plenty of the owner’s (Joyce) paintings throughout the house! I would rent again.
