“We arrived very late in the evening and the staff very kindly left the key in a safe place for us so we could access the room easily without disturbing other guests or requiring the staff to attend. We received a text with clear instructions while in transit which was reassuring the confirmation of the booking. The room was clean and quiet allowing us to rest comfortably.”
