Open-plan living spaces feature vaulted ceilings, a floor-to-ceiling wood-burning fireplace, a custom deep-seating leather couch, a game table, a fully stocked kitchen and a dining table that seats 12, plus inviting counter seating. A convenient half bath services the main living area. Step outside to two main-floor cigar decks: a vantage deck with mountain views and a versatile deck equipped with a Weber grill, dual burners, and a storage cart, all beautifully landscaped with a tranquil backyard mirroring the scenic backdrop of mountains and slopes, and a babbling creek.

Inside, multiple marble baths with spa features and a fully equipped laundry/storage setup ensure comfort after a day on the slopes. Unwind in a spacious, luxurious marble commercial-grade steam shower designed for multiple guests, with a built-in Bluetooth speaker, rainfall shower head, and seven body jets for personalized hydrotherapy. The steam shower and laundry room are off the entry-level tiled foyer, which offers ample storage for skis, snowboards, jackets, boots, and other gear. The laundry room is equipped with a new Speed Queen washer and dryer, a Shark portable vacuum, ironing board and iron, clothes drying rack, and a steamer for your convenience.

The entry level also includes two bunk-style bedrooms: Bedroom 4 (Burton-themed) with mountain views, featuring a twin bunk over a full mattress, a smart TV with HDMI, Pac-Man, a large closet, and a desk/workstation; and Bedroom 5, a smaller bunk room with a large closet and mountain views.

The main floor hosts two well-appointed bedrooms—Bedrooms 2 and 3—each with a Queen Tempur-Pedic mattress, mountain views, smart TVs, and a desk/workstation. A marble bathroom on the main floor is shared by Bedrooms 2 and 3 and offers a spa-like experience with a built-in Bluetooth speaker, rainfall shower head, and body jets. There is an additional guest half-bath on the main floor to preserve privacy.

Wake up to stunning mountain views in the third-floor master loft, Bedroom 1. This master suite overlooks the main open living area and features a king Tempur-Pedic mattress, a smart TV, a walk-in closet, dual desks, and a dedicated master bath with a luxurious all-marble finish, double sinks, a separate shower and tub.
