“We liked staying right in town with our two dogs, having an excellent restaurant on-site with an outdoor patio where we ate for both our dinner and breakfast with our dogs. Parking in garage adjacent to hotel was very convenient. We would stay again.”

“We always stay at these hotels. And have done so several times. As it was a holiday weekend and we were having difficulties finding restaurants that were open. I wish that the staff on the desk would have some idea of what is open for restaurants and not in the area. It would be helpful as Google was not.”

“The door handle broke, trapping me in my room. I was unable to get out. When I discussed this with the manager the next day, I was told that I would get a partial refund. I thought this was fair and satisfactory. Yet when I followed up regarding the status of the refund, I was told that I had to handle this with Expedia. So there maintenance problem, which put me at risk, is not my responsibility? That is a failure to take responsibility for customer service. (And there was no shampoo, so...

“Clean room”

“We loved staying here as a mom and teen son; we had our own bedrooms in our room. The pool and whirlpool were great after a day of driving. Close to downtown and the turnpike.”

“So, there were no ammentites to speak of. This is a bare bones place, to say the least. In the four days I was there, the room was never cleaned nor were the towels replaced. No place to sit other than the bed and a hard backed (uncomfortable) chair. No night light accessible from the bed. Ridiculously small bath soap (approximately the size of a commemoritive stamp and thinner than a pat of butter). Usually there is a print out of the TV options. Not here. Towels were half the size of normal...

“Amazing property - eclectic, luxurious and spotless. Russell was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious, linens and towels were so soft, comfortable, and clean. I might have to invent a reason to visit Carlisle just so I can stay here again. 💗”

“The floors were sticky in the breakfast area. Carpets stained and dated decor Broken ice machines on Two out of three floors. The only ice machine they had could not keep up with the demand. Not enough clean towels Hot tub was Luke warm both nights we tried to use. The pool was cold and needed to be cleaned”
