“This property was initially list as a full 2Bed 1Bath house with several listed pictures that included of the entire house and a BBQ available for use in the backyard. When we arrived, we saw not only that we didn't have the entire house or BBQ available, but there was a renter in a seperated unit within the same house. We went back to check the listing and found all the previous photos were taken down and replaced with a single picture and the property was now listed as an apartment with no BBQ...

“Wonderful stay. The host was amazing with quick, clear communication. The property was immaculately clean and had everything we could possibly need — beach towels and chairs, shell scoop, snorkel gear, bikes, and a fully stocked kitchen with great amenities. You can tell a lot of care went into this place. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.”

“Overall we had an absolutely wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. We even asked the host for some local favorite eateries our first night & they were spot on with the recommendations. The apartment was super clean & very well maintained. The beds were SUPER comfy, pillows were perfect & we arrived during a major heat wave but the a/c was on & perfect temps. “Entrance and exterior I inviting. Cleanliness is good. Interior cosmetics makeover lacking as well as towels. Area is very good for finding restaurants and music. Considering the property w/ river frontage and the other living space is priced at well over $1million, the rented studio area could be an easy 5 star if improvements with better cosmetic makeovers and exterior updates are made. ”
