“The condo is in a great location with being directly across the beach and walking distance to two restaurants. The beach is right across the street which is really nice as the beach parking fills quickly. Better yet, the condo provides beach chairs, coolers, umbrella, and even a beach wagon to easily walk to the beach. The condos pools were very nice as well. The condo does have only 1 wall a/c unit which was fine for us but I could see some feeling warm if you prefer the room temperature below...

“I’ve stayed at this condominium complex before, but this unit- by far- was the best. I liked the separation of living and bedroom spaces, the gulf views and the updated kitchen. The only miss- the AC did not seem to cool consistently. Coincidentally, Maintenance came by to place a grill on the outside of the unit (they were doing this throughout the complex). “Absolutely loved my stay here! Exceeded my expectations. Beautiful on the inside and owners did not leave out any details. I will definitely be back. Only small issue I saw one time while going to get clothes out of dryer was a black snake had gotten inside due to a gap under the back door. He quickly scurried out though. Still a great place to stay! I look forward to returning. ”

"Gli hotel La Quinta sono generalmente una garanzia di ottima qualita' prezzo, e questo hotel e' una conferma. Si trova in posizione molto tranquilla sul Tamiami Trail, e' una struttura apparentemente abbastanza nuova e ben tenuta. Forse per i pochi ospiti (ma era il giorno precedente il 4 Luglio quindi prefestivo) ma la struttura e' molto silenziosa. Stanza capiente, letti comodi. Colazione nello standard La Quinta, niente di eccezionale ma ragionevole. Molto comoda la vicinanza del Mel's Diner che permette a chi non volesse muoversi con la macchina di poter fare un pasto facendo due passi. Lati negativi: - orario della colazione: entro le 9 e' veramente presto! Vista la zona credo il 90% degli ospiti siano turisti... - la TV in camera e' di due generazioni fa, siamo lontani dal full HD - il phon aveva un cavo lungo 10 cm!!!"
