Please note that Beach & Tennis is undergoing scheduled construction from December 15, 2025 through April 2026. This work includes roof improvements and atrium renovations:
Roof Work: Guests on higher floors could experience early-morning noise during weekdays.
Atrium Work: Crews will be working in the central courtyards on drainage and paver installation. Noise is possible, but building access will not be affected.
Parking: Some areas may be temporarily blocked due to roof construction.

Welcome to your Gulf-front retreat at Bonita Beach & Tennis Club. This fourth-floor condo faces west and offers unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico, providing a stunning backdrop from sunrise reflections to brilliant evening sunsets. The screened balcony is the highlight of the space, giving you a front-row seat to the water, the sky, and the peaceful coastal atmosphere. Bonita Beach is just a five-minute walk from the building, with local cafés, beachfront restaurants, and shops all close by.
Inside, the condo offers a comfortable and well-kept interior designed for easy vacation living. It includes a king bed, a sleeper sofa for additional guests, a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a TV with cable and streaming options. The space is clean, inviting, and arranged to make the most of both comfort and the incredible view. Fresh linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided to help you settle in.
A starter set of essentials is provided for your arrival. This includes small amounts of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and trash bags. For safety and hygiene reasons, consumable items are not replenished during your stay and we do not provide food items, spices, oils, coffee, or other perishable products. Guests may purchase any additional supplies they need.
The community currently offers two heated pools and pickleball courts for guest use. Other amenities within the complex remain under construction. Parking is free and open, and self check-in is simple with a personal door code provided before arrival.
With unobstructed Gulf views, a comfortable interior, and a prime location steps from the beach, this condo offers a memorable and effortless Southwest Florida getaway.

This unit is on the 4th floor of building 1 which is tower closest to the beach. This unit looks over the Gulf of Mexico.
This unit is self check in. You will be given a door code for entry in your email or inbox.
There is an elevator in this building.
Beach access is right across the street.
Parking is free with a pass from the office.
This unit has a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa.
No Smoking allowed at any time.
Not included: Beach umbrellas, any consumable items, and refills on paper products.
The Neighborhood:
BB&T is located right across the street from Bonita Beach making it a quick walk to the sand and Doc's Beach house. Uber/Lyft is very common in the area accompanied with the local trolly. Download the app TRANSIT to see all of the local routes.
