House Rules
Maximum occupancy is 12 guests total, including children. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.

No smoking or vaping inside the home. Evidence of smoking indoors may result in additional cleaning fees.

Pets are only permitted with prior written approval. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees.

Pool & Pool Cage Rules
Use of the pool and pool area is at your own risk.
Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times while in or around the pool area.
No diving, running, rough play, or unsafe behavior around the pool.
The pool gate must remain closed and latched when not actively in use.
No glass is permitted anywhere inside the screened pool enclosure, including the pool deck and surrounding areas.
Any broken glass anywhere on the property must be reported immediately, as even small fragments create a serious safety hazard.
Poolguard Alarm

The home is equipped with a Poolguard PGRM-2 pool alarm system for safety compliance.

To operate:

Remove the alarm using the red key located on the magnetic pad.
Store the alarm upright while the pool is in use.
When reinstalling, hold the key firmly in place while reinserting the unit.

Pool Table Rules
The pool table is professional equipment and must be treated carefully.
Do not place drinks, food, phones, bags, or any objects on the table surface.
Do not sit, stand, or lean on the rails or slate surface.
Any damage to the table, felt, rails, or slate may result in repair or replacement charges.
Tesla Solar Roof & Electrical Use
Absolutely no climbing, walking, or accessing the roof at any time.
Electric vehicle charging from standard household outlets is not permitted unless specifically approved in advance.
Air Conditioning & Windows
Please keep all exterior doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is running.
Do not set the thermostat below 72°F.
Some windows are sealed and should not be forced open.
Safety Equipment
A fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink. Please notify management immediately if it is missing or discharged.
Property Care
Please treat the home, furnishings, and amenities with care and respect.
Report any damages, maintenance concerns, or safety issues immediately. Early reporting helps us address issues quickly and avoid larger problems.
Surveillance Disclosure
There are currently no surveillance cameras located inside or outside the property.
Acknowledgment

By confirming this reservation, the booking guest acknowledges and agrees to all house rules on behalf of themselves and every member of their party, including children and visitors. Failure to follow these rules may result in additional fees, termination of the reservation without refund, and/or removal from the property.
