Escape to our stunning 3-bedroom home in the heart of Bonita Springs, where sun-drenched days and endless relaxation await. Nestled just minutes from the pristine Bonita Springs Public Beach and the serene Barefoot Beach, this home offers the perfect base for your Florida getaway.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and all the necessary appliances to whip up delicious meals. Enjoy your culinary creations at the spacious dining table, or step outside and fire up the grill for an alfresco feast.

When it's time to unwind, sink into the comfort of the plush living area, complete with a smart TV and satellite/cable channels. Indulge in a soothing soak in the hot tub or take a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool, both of which are sure to become your favorite spots.

Retire to the cozy bedrooms, where you'll find luxurious linens and ample storage space. Each bedroom has a smart tv.
With two bathrooms, you'll have all the essentials, including towels, basic soaps, and 2 hair dryers, to make your stay truly comfortable.

In the garage, you will find 4 bikes, 6 beach chairs, 2 coolers, two beach umbrellas, and some beach toys for your children's enjoyment. Our rates include all utilities and pool heater as well as Xfinity broadband internet with wireless access.

There are restaurants and bars conveniently located blocks from the house. The Leoni’s pizza is right behind our back fence. There are too many attractions in the neighborhood to list, but just to name a few: Everglades Wonder Gardens, Flamingo Island Flea Market, kayaking, jet ski and parasail, boat rentals, fishing charters, 18-hole golf courses and mini golf, farmer's markets, dining and shopping or just watch the amazing sunsets.

What a well-appointed, super clean, spacious, lovely home! This is honestly the most well appointed home I have ever rented. The home’s layout, location to restaurants, the beach and public golf course was wonderful. I walked the neighborhood daily and it was lovely. The coffee bar, kitchen supplies, beach chairs, bedding -everything top notch and well thought through. Seamless check in and communication fantastic! What a lovely stay in Bonita! We’ll be back!

Absolutely fabulous! This was by far the best home we have stayed at in southwest Florida. The home was immaculate and beautifully decorated. I am a prepared person and usually bring everything I might need for a trip, but if I forgot anything it was in the house. The pool was great and the location was super close to the beach, shopping and all our favorite restaurants. I can’t say enough good things. 10/10. Will definitely book again.

Best property we rent so far

First the proporty was very very clean inside and the pool outside with all appliances in excellent condition second property location only 4 minutes to the beach and third we have the best Host:Marzenna Chmielecki you can ask for. I 100% recommending this property

We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful property. The home had everything you could ask for and if you had an out of the box request our host was amazing enough to pop over with it. We had asked if there was a Bluetooth speaker to play music by the pool, while there wasn't one, our host Marzenna brought over her own personal one within five minutes!! Very nice and accommodating!The home was very clean with a smart layout feeling super spacious with comfy furniture. Located in a very convenient area with a quiet neighborhood. Pool was awesome as well where we spent most of our time. Beautiful home for sun and relaxation! A great host as well! We will definitely be back!

Great Stay in Bonita Bay

Great residence with plenty of space, super clean, outstanding appointments and wonderful relaxing patio area, pool and hot tub. Definitely one of the nicest homes we have stayed in during our multiple trips to Naples over the years! We would absolutely seek to reserve this property again in the future.

This was a great location and great house! The supplies for the beach and pool were so helpful. We were walking/ biking distance from restaurants, beaches, shopping. We will come back here in future when visiting Bonita.

Family Vacation

This was our first family vacation as a family of four. We are impressed with the listing and when we got to the house it exceeded our expectations. Modern beauty

You can tell this property has been fully renovated. It is modern and beautiful. The house has everything you would ever need for your stay. We loved having bikes available. We rode around the neighborhood and down Vanderbilt. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. It’s close to multiple beaches and shopping. We have rented many homes in this area and this has been the best one. We would love to rent this house again for our next stay.

Exactly what we were looking for

Our family was in town for our son's wedding at St. Leo Church and reception at the Bonita Bay Club. This house was just the right size for five of us and close to the venues. Everything was incredibly clean and the host was responsive to our needs. The pool and spa were nice for a bit of relaxation at night, all screened in to keep out the bugs. Wish we had more time to use the bikes. Highly recommended!

The house was immaculately clean and decorated so nice. Everything was fantastic from the pool and patio to the kitchen and living space, and the very comfy beds. They have everything you can possibly need and more. We will never stay anywhere else when we visit this area…can’t wait to return again.

We call the house the pool house and we love it!!!!! Simply everything about house is fabulous. We want to rent again. If we had one complaint it would be that the second bedroom does not have a king bed. We love the place. EVERYTHING is there for the crew staying. Thank you!!!!!

Wonderful!

Loved our time staying at this property. Very well maintained, updated, and extremely clean. The neighborhood is nice, quiet, and in a great location for the beaches, golf, restaurants, shopping and biking. The kitchen was so nice and well equipped. We really enjoyed the outside pool area and lanai. It is so relaxing and private. Eileen (prop. manager) was professional and friendly. She met us at the property to show us around and answer any questions. We would love to stay here again! Thank you Andy and Marzenna for sharing your beautiful home.

Excellent

This beautiful updated house had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. Nice furnishings, gorgeous, fully equipped kitchen, beach supplies, bikes, big screened outdoor lanai with plenty of seating for relaxing, dining, and a heated pool. They didn't skip a thing in regard to starter supplies, they covered it all, which was very thoughtful and accomodating. A coffee and tea station better than a nice hotel. The house is tucked in a neighborhood off Vanderbilt Rd, where the sidewalk goes for miles, great for daily walking and biking. Eileen the property Mgr was very nice and helpful. We would stay here again.

AWESOME !!

We have been coming to this area for many years, totally love Southwest FL. This house is beautifully done, very comfortable, and welcoming. And its proximity to so many different choices is excellent. There is a bit of a noise factor being directly behind some businesses and so close to main road. But, we totally enjoyed our stay, and Andy could not have been more accommodating. It's definitely a gem, and worth checking out !! Enjoy !!
