Located in a quiet, residential section of Bonita Springs just off Bonita Beach Road, this newly renovated and professionally decorated property sleeps 6 comfortably, making it ideal for both memorable family vacations and group getaways. Less than 5 minutes from Bonita Beach, Barefoot Beach and less than 15 minutes from Fort Myers Beach and Vanderbilt Beach, this property is also minutes from shopping centers, world class restaurants, golf courses, fishing charters, boat rentals and marinas. (25 minutes from Southwest Regional International Airport. With a range of exciting activities, sports, and relaxation options, sunny Bonita Springs is the ultimate destination for a memorable and enriching rental experience whether you are staying a week or the entire season.

Step inside this remarkable residence to discover an exquisitely designed property that has been remodeled with all modern amenities and refined finishes. Professionally designed in the unmistakable Florida style of coastal casual, every room has been outfitted with upscale features and brand new furniture. The gorgeous open floor plan makes entertaining your family and guests a breeze while nearly every room enjoys a view of the pool. The Living Room has plush, leather sofas and recliners, a HUGE TV, and a gas fireplace. The Dining Table in the center of the living space seats 4, but is only one of several lovely settings to sit and enjoy a meal. The FABULOUS Kitchen features custom soft close cabinetry, glass tiled backsplash, designer terrazzo countertops, brand new appliances...brand new EVERYTHING! Whether you are entertaining, preparing a family meal or brewing a comforting cup of coffee, this Kitchen is equipped to cater to your every need.

But what really makes this vacation home exceptional, are the indoor and outdoor spaces specially designed to ensure a 'fun in the sun" vacation for your family. Bask in the warm Florida sunshine out on the sundeck patio surrounding the pool, enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool, then relax in the covered patio entertainment area where you can dine with friends, sit on the comfortable outdoor furniture and read...even watch the outdoor patio TV. All these wonderful amenities are inside the Pool Screening so you can enjoy the fabulous Florida weather without worrying about mosquitoes. There's also a huge BBQ grill so you can cook up those ribs while your guests are taking a dip in the pool and watching the game.

Back inside, there is a HUGE Sun Room with wall to wall windows that overlook the pool. The Sun Room has a large table with chairs for larger dinner parties, an antique bar with stools and just for kicks, a Ms. Pac-Man video arcade.

The bedrooms are split for privacy. The Master Bedroom En Suite has a Queen sized Bed covered in high-quality linens, its own TV, a full set of bedroom furniture, and sliding glass doors that lead to the patio entertainment area and pool. The Master Bath is quite the magnificent retreat, newly remodeled with a skylight, beautiful double vanities, custom designed tiled Walk In Shower with designer showerheads. The Guest Bedroom is located on the other side of the house and also features a Queen sized Bed with high-quality linens and its own TV. Next door is the Guest Bath, a newly remodeled full sized bath with a tiled Tub/Shower combo. The 3rd Bedroom is actually an office space with a French door entry, set to provide all you need to work remotely, along with custom cabinets that open up the Full (Double) sized Murphy Bed.

For everyone's comfort, the home showcases central air conditioning, custom lighting and ceiling fans in all the rooms, a Laundry Room with a full sized Washer and Dryer and a spacious Garage. All the floors are newly installed tile and vinyl wood planking. The Bonita Pool House, with its beautifully landscaped lot, sits in a quiet neighborhood within close proximity to 41, shops, restaurants, both Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach, Fort Myers Beach, and all that Naples and Bonita Springs have to offer. After a day full of adventure, head for your new getaway headquarters, the Bonita Pool House, where the furnishings are comfortable and the amenities are modern.

PET ALLOWED WITH PRIOR APPROVAL BY OWNER. THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL $250 PET FEE WHICH MAY BE COLLECTED AFTER YOU BOOK. GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY PET. ANY GUEST WHO BRINGS A PET WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL WILL BE IMMEDIATELY EVICTED WITHOUT REFUND.

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ALLOWED ANYWHERE INSIDE THE HOME.

Amazing Property!!!

Everything was accounted for at this great house! Truly had every amenity you could ask for and a Beautiful Pool to Boot! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for superb house in Bonita Springs!
