Situated within the Wild Pines community, the condo features secure, gated entry and includes access to a sparkling on-site pool and a hot tub. Plus, you'll be conveniently located near Barefoot Beach and a variety of great golf options. At home, enjoy water views from the private, fully screened-in balcony.

Whether you're here for the golf or renowned Gulf beaches, this inviting escape offers the perfect home base for a getaway with family or friends. When you're not out exploring, kick your feet up on one of the living room sofas and bust out the puzzles or flip on the smart TV to stream all your favorite shows and movies. The balcony is an ideal spot for morning coffee and also includes an outdoor dining table for alfresco meals. Speaking of mealtime, you'll find the full kitchen well-appointed with everything you need to easily handle home cooking. Central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer round out the modern home essentials.

Things to Know
Guests will have access to the recently renovated Bonita Bay Private Beach Club. The private beach shuttle runs from November to May. Please know that the guest must register each person in their party on the rental agreement sent by the management company after booking. Please be sure to include the guest's email and name in your party to receive a shuttle pass via email.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

THE AMENITIES WERE GREAT. LIKED HAVING SOME PAPER TOWELS, DISH SOAP, LAUNDRY SOAP AND TOILET PAPER. LIKED HAVING THE BEACH SHUTTLE, LOUNGE CHAIRS AND CHAIRS AND THE UMBRELLAS AT THE BEACH. WHICH IS WHY WE LIKE BONITA BAY.

Great location, poor unit

The development itself is beautiful. The pool is a minute walk, shopping and restaurants also within walking distance. Overall, I would say this unit has been neglected. The main bedroom has a comfortable bed, but the twin beds are nothing more than 2 box springs with a topper. The kitchen is OK, but the washer left stains. The TV was difficult to work with and the Wi-Fi was terrible. The property management company was not familiar with the development and provided incorrect information.

Not a great fit for us....

We have family that live in Bonita Bay and we've stayed in Wild Pines for an extended family vacation every year for about 8 years and this was the first unit that didn't work for us.First off, we love Bonita Bay and Wild Pines is a great location - near the club pool, the golf and has a bus to the beach. Would always recommend Bonita Bay. This unit is in a smaller building with no elevator - fine for us but could be an issue for others. We ended up having a few issues. The washing machine was not working when we arrived. After letting the manager know on our second day, a repair person came a few days later. We found out two days later that the washer needed a new part and would not be working during our stay. Things break but to come into a unit that didn't have a working washing machine and then not know until 5 days into our stay that it would not be fixed was frustrating. Other issues:-large tub with smell mitigation open in the dining room-Blinds falling off when opened-Hurricane shutters closed and unable to be opened, making the 2nd bedroom dungeon-like-difficult-to-read TV instructions, cable box in the master bathroom behind the dresser that we had to search to find, only one working remote for 3 TV's-not enough supplies- we ran out of trash bags and toilet paper-only a few beach towels by way of entertainment supplies-lanai light burned outAgain, we're not super-picky, but all of these issues compiled left our stay lacking.
