The Space:
This townhome residence features two bedrooms and two baths spread across approximately 1,200 square feet. The residence also features a large home office with desk in between the two bedrooms, perfect for those guests that need to work remotely during their stay. The residence also features an updated kitchen and flat screen TVs. The master bedroom features a king bed and the guest bedroom features a queen bed. The master bathroom features a walk in shower while the guest bathroom features a shower/tub combo. The residence overlooks a tranquil lake and the Bonita Fairways golf course.

Guest Access:
Guests can access all Bonita Fairways amenities during their stay. They must pay a transfer fee and also complete an application to the association for lease upon booking confirmation.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must complete a rental agreement and application for lease for Bonita Fairways. They must also pay the small application fee associated with this. The application process can take up to 2 weeks so last minute reservations cannot be accommodated.
Guests will not have access to the garage. They may park anywhere else in the parking lot, however.
