Le porte scorrevoli del 2 ° soggiorno si affacciano sul patio e sulla piscina completamente aperte per "allargare lo spazio esterno". La nuova, ampia cucina e dispensa maggiordomo sono dotate di tutto il necessario per preparare un pasto gourmet. Lovely home for a summer vacation

Terribly managed Great house

The house is great but it’s managed awfully. We stayed 1 month there and spent 1 week to get the internet fixed, 3 weeks to get AC up and running (it went down 3 times), 4 weeks to get a rid of ants - no luck. The management company point of contact was really responsive trying to solve all problems reactively. The house wasn’t prepared for our stay at all. The kitchen cabinets were dirty, hairs all around the bathrooms, dirty floor, garbage bags were full. The management company wasn’t even aware of the leaking roof which causes the problems the AC electrical system - dangerous. They proposed to solve the problems with ants by using traps - seems the never work with pests control companies before. Internet had gone down well before we moved in. Hence, the house and location are incredible but I do not recommend the house. It’s not taken care of at all. Shame

The house is absolutely stunning, you can tell whoever put it all together has an eye for design. The kitchen was well equipped for everything we needed. The tub in the master bathroom was perfect for relaxing after a day out and about, and on the days we stayed home, we loved lounging by the pool and enjoying the beautiful weather. We had some friends over and when it was time for them to go home, they did not want to leave! I have to say we felt much the same way by the end of our stay. Hopefully we can come back soon.

Lovely home

The house was just lovely. Lots of space and all the amenities were just an added plus. Had a bit of rain in august so having the garage to access the house was a plus! Location was calm and quiet, just what we were looking for- a place to relax and spread out and just be at peace before heading back to the grind.

We especially liked the large lanai and pool. The view of the lake and golf course is wonderful. We wound up having takeout meals more often than going out as the setting is so comfortable and relaxing. The Spanish Wells community was a great place for our daily morning peaceful and lush. We would definitely love to return and rent this home again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house. The owners clearly take pride in ownership. The kitchen was set up well. After a while, we figured out which switches controlled which lights. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful view from the lanai. Spanish Wells is a nice community. I had a little trouble figuring out the pool heater, and Realty Group of Southwest Florida response time was excellent. The garage door cable broke, with our car in the garage. Again, the response time was excellent, and we were able to free our car in a few hours, even though the problem didn’t arise until late in the day ( I can’t remember if it was a Friday or Saturday).We found dust and dog hair when we arrived. Not a big deal, we were able to use the vacuum cleaner, but if the property was cleaned before we arrived, the cleaning service needs to do a better job.

Wundervolles Haus in ruhiger Anlage in Strand-Nähe

Der Urlaub hat für uns bereits zu Hause angefangen. Die Vermittlung über Frau Wittmann von Realty Group hat auf Anhieb geklappt, alle unsere Wünsche wurden aufgenommen und dann in 2 Objektvorschlägen präsentiert. Wir haben uns dann für das Haus im Spanish Wells Country Club entschieden weil es in allen Bereichen unseren Vorstellungen entsprach und wir auch nur wenige Milen vom Strand entfernt wohnen konnten. Es ist einfach nochmal ein anderes Klima in absoluter Meeresnähe. Einkaufsgelegenheiten aller Art liegen in relativer Nähe und Bonita Springs bietet auch viele Restaurants und Bars so dass sich für jeden Geschmack etwas findet. Viele Geschäfte laden zum Bummeln ein. Das Haus selber ist massiv gebaut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Alle Schlafräume sind ansprechend eingerichtet und ausgestattet, hier kann sich auch eine größere Familie wohl fühlen und jeder kann sich seinen Rückzugsraum suchen. Der großzügig dimensionierte und angenehm beheizte Pool lädt täglich neu zum schwimmen ein. Die Pool Area ist komplett gegen Insekten und sonstiges Getier geschützt und am großen Grill lassen sich Rib-Eye-Steak und anderes perfekt zubereiten. Alles andere bereitet sich in der voll ausgestatteten Küche fast von selbst zu. Für uns war das Gesamtpaket perfekt, die Buchung, die Betreuung vor Ort, die Anlage und das Haus. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sicher und wohl behütet gefühlt. Danke nochmal an die Vermieter und das Team von Realty Group.
