Located directly across from Public Beach Access #7, it's easy for everyone to enjoy time on the sand — from morning shell-hunting walks to sunset family beach time. A nearby marina offers casual waterfront dining, or pack a cooler and enjoy a relaxed evening picnic by the water.

The Layout — Space for Everyone to Relax
Recently remodeled and tastefully decorated, the first floor includes all four bedrooms, making it easy for families to stay close together:
-“The Peacock” Primary Suite — King bed, elegant décor, mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig, spacious walk-in closet, and ensuite bath with dual vanities and walk-in shower.
-“Coral Reef” Bedroom — Queen bed with French-door access to the shared porch.
-“Calm Seas” Bedroom — Full bed with porch access — cozy and comfortable.
-“Anchors Away” Bedroom — Two twin beds with a fun Americana theme — a favorite for kids (but roomy enough for adults, too!).

A second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is conveniently located near the bedrooms — perfect for family bath time after a day at the beach. All bathrooms include lighted make-up mirrors for getting ready for dinners out or family photos.

Every bedroom — plus the living room — features Smart TVs, and the home includes high-speed WiFi throughout. A fully equipped laundry room with brand-new appliances makes longer family stays easy and stress-free.

The second floor offers an inviting, open-concept living room and bright coastal kitchen — ideal for cooking meals together, sharing snacks, or gathering after a day of adventures.
