Proprio sul fiume, elettr. Grande piscina di acqua salata riscaldata, 3 camere da letto + camera per gli ospiti, vasca idromassaggio, cucina esterna, vista del tramonto, a 10 minuti dalla spiaggia ... fantastico

Benvenuti nel nostro pezzo di paradisi !!!
La nostra villa esclusiva, proprio sul fiume imperiale e in una posizione perfetta a sud / ovest, è amorevolmente, alta qualità e COMPLETAMENTE arredata.
Ideale per gli ospiti che amano comodamente lo stile di vita della Florida in una casa elegante, spaziosa e bella e che apprezzano la bellezza della natura e soprattutto la proprietà quasi invisibile e la fantastica vista sul fiume vario.
La casa è molto tranquilla alla fine di un vicolo cieco.
Inizia la giornata con la colazione al sole e ascolta i suoni della natura rigogliosa nell'area della colazione.
Rilassati nella piscina di acqua salata riscaldata e delicata per la pelle, pesca o pesca del granchio (cesto disponibile) direttamente dal tuo molo, barbecue (cucina all'aperto), kayak o semplicemente sdraiato su una sedia a sdraio e goditi il tramonto sul fiume imperiale ,
Guarda i pesci volanti, le tartarughe marine o persino un lamantino e con un po 'di fortuna possono arrivare un paio di delfini.
Altri punti salienti dell'attrezzatura sono la jacuzzi interna, la cucina moderna (grande piano cottura in vetroceramica + forno, frigorifero con porta-finestra, presa 220 volt), macchina da caffè + macchina da caffè Nespresso, cucina esterna, una grande terrazza coperta, ampio soggiorno e sala da pranzo e garage separati. Nella lavanderia troverete una grande lavatrice rossa (in stile europeo) e, naturalmente, l'asciugatrice abbinata. C'è anche un asse da stiro con ferro a vapore, aspirapolvere Miele e molto altro.
Tutto è disponibile per la tua visita in una delle fantastiche spiagge (circa 10 minuti di guida) .... asciugamani, sedie, ombrelloni, scatole e giocattoli di sabbia ecc.


La villa è molto tranquilla e comunque molto centrale! In circa 5 minuti è possibile raggiungere vari mercati alimentari (anche facili da completare in bicicletta), e campi da golf pubblici distano solo pochi minuti.
Preferisci fare shopping? Ci sono anche diverse opzioni in un raggio di circa 6 miglia. Ad esempio il grande Coconut Mall a nord o Mercato in direzione di Napoli. Da non dimenticare la "Promenade" con il suo mercato degli agricoltori sabato e i numerosi ottimi ristoranti e il bar centrale con musica dal vivo. O i negozi sul lungomare in direzione di Napoli - una volta che devi essere lì. L'outlet Miromar è raggiungibile in soli 20 minuti.
Naples Down Town è raggiungibile in circa 25 minuti e Ft Myers Beach o l'aeroporto in circa 25 minuti.

Ottimo posto dove stare a Bonita Springs

Abbiamo avuto una piccola avventura davanti a noi. Era la nostra prima volta in Florida con 4 persone e un bambino (6 mesi). Anche in anticipo, la comunicazione con Gero (che viene dalla Germania e quindi parla perfettamente il tedesco) è stata molto piacevole e amichevole.
Questo continua al nostro arrivo. La chiave era lì, poi è arrivata Gero e abbiamo ottenuto le prime informazioni importanti per la nostra vacanza.
River Pearl è difficile da battere. Casa super amorevolmente arredata con tutto il necessario. C'erano anche abbastanza asciugamani e lenzuola. Tutto ha funzionato perfettamente e non ci siamo persi nulla.
Abbiamo usato la maggior parte del tempo sulla grande terrazza schermata con zanzariere. Anche la piscina e la grande griglia a gas sono un sogno.
Abbiamo anche avuto il grande piacere di conoscere i proprietari Birgit e Thomas. Super bello e semplice, abbiamo fatto un fantastico tour in barca sul fiume insieme (grazie ancora per quello!)
Possiamo solo raccomandare la casa, la posizione e l'assistenza di Gero.
Non sarà sicuramente la nostra ultima vacanza al fiume Pearl.

Ora per il 3 ° Tempo in questa casa - fantastico!

Noi (famiglia con 3 figli) siamo ora per il 3 ° Tempo in questa grande casa. La piscina, le canoe, il fascino del sud, la splendida vista e la posizione direttamente sul fiume imperiale - semplicemente meravigliosa. Ben posizionato, a pochi chilometri dall'idilliaca spiaggia a piedi nudi ea 20 minuti dal centro di Napoli. Torneremo!

Nessuna interferenza da residenti o lavoratori! Ci siamo goduti il tempo come in paradiso. La bella casa è arredata con molto amore e gusto. In realtà non dovremmo entusiasmarci ... presto tutto sarà occupato

Beautiful House

My husband and I loved staying at this house. It was even better than the pictures. It had a great location to walk to downtown Bonita and was about a 15 minute drive to the beach. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool and watching the boats go by. We would definitely stay here again.

Just what we needed

The most relaxing vacation we’ve had in years!!We stayed with our 16 year old and she loved laying by the pool and the amount of space we all had to spread out. We had to work some days and wifi was perfect and the 4th bedroom was a great office space. I can’t say enough about Birgit, the owner couldn’t be more accommodating and supplies everything you could need. Communication is consistent and always replies when you have a question. The neighborhood was wonderful and quiet. We will absolutely be back! We had a wonderful time!

Better Than Expected!

Just beautiful! Birgit (property owner) was very attentive and friendly and made herself available. Everything was neat and clean when we arrived. In South Florida you sometimes have to contend with unwanted pests in your house. There was none of that. We were able to enjoy a worry free vacation together and it felt just like we were home. It was central to all the things we love about the Fort Myers Beach area. I don’t know what else to say besides I highly recommend this property.

Location is perfect

Fun on the river, on the beach and combiner to restaurants and shops. Centrally located of you want to run up to aft Meyers or down to Naples and Marco Island. The outdoor living space is AMAZING! We enjoyed the mango and avocado trees as well.

Relaxing getaway

We have visited the SW gulf area for many years and always stay near water, this lovely home is located on a river canal which provided a nice breeze and the palm trees allowed for shade over the lanai. We so enjoyed the pool with all the options for seating within the lanai, most often we opened all the sliders to the home because even at 88+ degrees we were comfortable without the a/c. We kayaked and canoed and saw dolphin and manatee just off of the dock. We love the area and plan to come back!

Total blast!

We had a great last minute family get away! Owners were super flexible & responsive to our last minute changes. Got few great recommendations for local places from them! Barefoot beach & Delnor -Wiggins were amazing! (Both 10-15 mins drive from the property) saw dolphins at Barefoot beach right by the shore - was amazing! Can’t wait to be back!!!

Calm, quiet and relaxing family getaway for my husband and myself and our 3 boys.

My husband, 3 boys and and myself planned to travel to Florida from Springfield, MO for our wedding and were trying to decide on a beach view or a canal/river access home. After further review of many options for both, we went with this lovely, quaint home in Bonita Springs that offered much more than just a beach view. The beaches were only a 5 minute drive and baking in the sun all day isn’t everybody's idea of a family getaway. This home allowed for a variety of things to do while we stayed. Our 15 year old enjoyed being able to use the fishing poles and crab basket daily/nightly while fishing from the dock on the canal. He caught a variety of fish and also blue crabs using shrimp that we found from a local bait shop. As a family, we took the canoe and kayaks out to sight see around the canal. We actually spotted several gators and thought that was pretty neat. The home is very spacious and allows for a good number of people. Plenty of amenities were provided including beach towels, beach chairs, pool toys/floats, fishing poles and nets, a large patio with a screened in pool and outdoor cooking area. Not only did we greatly enjoy our stay, but the owners were very kind and quick to respond if we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again if we visit the area in the future. I have nothing but great things to say about this home, the owners and the location. We highly recommend anyone who is searching for a vacation home in the area to seek this one out. Excellent communication with owner throughout our time there. The house was well furnished (furniture, beach supplies, spices, bike, and so much more). The location is excellent as it is tucked away at the end of a drive and sits right next to the river. Kayaks and a canoe were available with the house and could be launched right from the back yard! The salt water pool was well maintained and provided another option if we didn’t feel like heading to the beach. The beach, however was only 8 min away! Grocery stores nearby so you could cook at home if you wanted. There is even a grill. Living spaces inside and outside of the house. We would definitely book this house again when we return to Florida.

2 week getaway

The house was stocked with everything you could need. The lanai was our favorite spot to enjoy dinner, cocktails and watching all the activity on the river. It was a wonderful oasis while we spent time house hunting.

Perfect Family Vacation Home

We booked this beautiful house for our family vacation and it did not disappoint! Lots of room for all of us to spread out and the location was quiet and convenient to shopping and beaches. The lanai was awesome, had lots of seating and lounging areas and a nice grill and dining space - we spent most of our time here relaxing by the pool and enjoying the sunny weather. Brigit and Rhonda (housekeeper) were both very quick to respond to all our questions. We would definitely stay at this property again and highly recommend it to anyone planning to visit the area.

Wonderful Christmas Break

We just returned from a wonderful, relaxing two week stay at Brigit's property in Bonita Springs, FL. First of all, Brigit is extremely helpful and excellent at communication. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We had to move our flights a day early because of a huge snowstorm coming to New York- I emailed Brigit three days before departing and she allowed us to come a day early! She checked in on us to make sure we were doing well throughout our stay and sent recommendations for boat rentals and Christmas activities throughout the week. She wanted to ensure we had the best time! My 6 and 9 year old had a ball in the pool. We were poolside most of the two weeks. We enjoyed kayaking in the river- we saw iguanas and jumping fish! We went to the beach- an easy 8 minute drive away and ate outside on the beach at Doc's. Brigit has all the beach chairs, sand toys/buckets/shovels you could need, pool toys and floating toys- beach towels- you just have to show up! My kids liked the two mini-golf courses near by and there were so many grocery stores in close proximity, it made it easy to get groceries and cook. The kitchen is really well equipped with any pots, pans, plates you could ever need and the outdoor grill is wonderful too. The house is spacious and quiet at the end of the street. There was some construction across the river, but it wasn't too loud. My husband and I were able to work from home during one of our weeks and the internet connection could handle us both zooming. The bedrooms are spacious- especially the master bathroom! All in all there is everything you could need for a family to rest, relax and enjoy,. I highly recommend this rental home- particularly during quarantine, You don't have to leave, you have plenty of space, it's very comfortable, the owner is helpful and accomodating and as long as the weather is good- you are in for a treat! 5 stars!

Great Home

A wonderful home that allows you to relax on vacation. The pool is great with the heat of Florida!! We have stayed at the home twice now and would again, and have recommended it to family.

Relaxing vacation in The pool

Everything went smooth, house was as advertised , convenient to beach, shopping and other attractions. Very relaxing environment. Outdoor space was excellent for family. Kayaks were a great as well.

LOVE, LOVE this Vacation Home!!!

We travel to the Naples, Florida area a couple of times a year since we have family in the area. We have found our "Home Base". Our family consisted of my husband, my adult daughter, grandson (age 7) and myself. The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood and yet, just a short 10 minute drive to the beach. Tucked away in a cul-de-sac and surrounded by tropical vegetation, it's like your own oasis. Super clean inside and out. Everything is provided including spices in the pantry which is rare in a vacation home. Very comfortable furnishings including all beds. If TVs are important to you, you will love the size of the TVs in the main two bedrooms as well as the family room. My main "shout out" is the pool and backyard which sits on a canal. Tropical Paradise! My grandson was in the pool from the moment he got up and until he was forced to go to bed. The wonderful outside kitchen was an added plus. My husband was in heaven since he loves to play the piano and there is one in the dining room. Made him very happy! Besides being close to the beach, you are minutes from grocery stores and Tamiami Trail which is a main street running north and south from Macro Island to Fort Myers. Access to additional shopping and restaurants can be found there. Communication with the owners was quick and their only concern is your comfort and having an enjoyable stay. Having stayed at many Bonita Springs/Naples homes for the last 15 years, the value of this home, is outstanding!! We can't wait to go back!!

Secluded home on a river

River Pearl is in a quiet location on the Imperial River. It’s a spacious home with a large well furnished screened in patio and pool. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking equipment and dishes. Everything is well maintained. The photos are very accurate. We really enjoyed our stay!
