Premium main kitchen: The large, fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals for a large group.

Master bedroom: The spacious master bedroom offers a beautiful, soothing view directly into the garden and the private forest. A separate walk-in closet is available right next to the bedroom.

Wellness Oasis: The beautiful, very spacious main bathroom is equipped with a large bathtub, a separate shower, and direct access to the sauna.

The Historic Wing (Charm & Self-Sufficiency)

Additional Comfort: This section features its own second kitchen in a simple country-style design—fully functional and ideal for preparing coffee, breakfast, or snacks on your own.

Bathroom Amenities: A private guest bathroom and guest restroom ensure a relaxed experience without any bottlenecks when using the bathrooms.

Converted Attic (Perfect for Families): The cozy sleeping area in the historic part of the house features a total of three single beds—one of which is specifically suited for children.

Basement Area: A separate, quiet area on the lower level, furnished with a comfortable double bed.

Work area: The separate office is also located here, ideal for business calls, video conferences, or quiet work.


Important Information for Your Stay

Dog-Friendly Home: Four-legged friends are warmly welcome on our spacious property and on the first floor! However, please note that the upper floors are not accessible to dogs due to the carpeted floors there.

Parking & Spaces: The property features a long, private driveway. There are 4 outdoor parking spaces and one garage space available; for larger groups, the driveway has previously accommodated an additional 3 to 4 vehicles—making it ideal for arriving with multiple cars.

Connectivity: Thanks to modern Starlink internet throughout the house, working from home and digital work are possible without any issues and with reliable connectivity.

Celebrations & Quiet Hours: Social gatherings, private celebrations, and parties (including live music in the garden) within normal, reasonable limits are, of course, warmly welcome here. Since protecting the surrounding natural environment is important to us, we ask that you observe the legal quiet hours starting at 10 p.m. and no later than midnight—even though there are no immediate neighbors on the spacious grounds.
