The Marmotte residence is located in Bonneval-sur-Arc at a place called "Tralenta" and in front to the "Vallonnet" chairlift. The residence is entirely ski in / ski out.

The cleaning service includes the rental of bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning. This service is already include in your booking.

This apartment offers a modern and warm decoration and high quality equipment. The triple exposure South, East and North allows to benefit from a great luminosity and a varied panorama.

The apartment consists of a large living room opening onto a balcony facing south and offering a sublime view of the surrounding nature and the slopes. This room offers a lounge area, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary comforts (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso ...)

Two ensuite bedrooms are equipped with a queen bed and a little shower-room.

The third bedroom has two bunk beds as well as 2 pull-out beds, i.e. 6 beds (the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old).
Each bedroom has a window.

Finally, a shower-room with washing machine and two separate toilets complete this property.

This beautiful apartment, due to its layout, is ideal for accommodating 2 families or a group of friends (up to 10 people).

On the ground floor, you have a ski locker with boot dryer.

Covered and paid municipal parking 50m away (around 60 € / week) or free outdoor parking 300m away.
