The Marmotte residence is located in Bonneval sur Arc at a place called "Tralenta", opposite the "Vallonnet" chairlift. SKI-IN et SKI-OUT

The cleaning service includes the rental of bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning. This service is already include in your booking. Any extra cleaning service will cost 200€.

Apartment facilities:

This apartment offers a modern and warm decoration and high quality equipment. Facing south, it directly overlooks the arrival of the slopes.

The living room opens onto a 20m2 terrace and the sublime surrounding nature. This room offers a lounge area, a dining room and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary comforts (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave oven, etc.)

A master suite with a 160x200 bed, shower room and view of the terrace.

A first sleeping area with a double bed (160*200) and a second with bunk beds (the sleeping area is not suitable for children under 6 years old).

Finally, a bathroom and a separate toilet complete this property.

The layout of this apartment makes it ideal for a family or a group of friends (up to 6 people).

You have a ski locker.

For parking you can choose between the covered car park (about €60 per week) which is 150m from the residence and the free car park 200 m from the residence.
