Hotel vicino a Books Along The Teche - New Iberia

“The lady at the front desk was totally incompetent and had no idea what she was doing both at check-in and checkout. No third floor rooms available secondary to water leaking issues from Rain. No hair conditioner in shower. Shower, dirty, and grimy. Nasty stains on bedspread.”

“Good room for the money. Breakfast is a joke. Pool is destroyed and in bad shape. Room was clean. Blackout curtains were great. AC unit cooled fine. I would stay here again”

“Albergo sporchissimo, abbiamo dovuto pulire noi il pavimento della stanza con teli bagno, tornati neri (vedere le foto). Climatizzatore molto rumoroso, ascensore fermo per guasto, niente wifi, personale che comincia i lavori alle 5 del mattino... esperienza terribile. ”

“Our room had a funny smell. Like roach poison. The receptionists was helpful, but I couldn’t understand anything she said. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was blah. (Eggs, sausage, pancakes) for $80 a night, we expected more. Overall it was decent for what we needed it for. (A place to stay while a/c was being fixed in my home)”

“Nice big clean room with cold air conditioning. Daily housekeeping. To go breakfast was great. Easy parking. Staff very helpful and friendly. We stayed here for 2 weeks to visit family and we would go back again. Highly recommend.”

“I chose to stay at this hotel based on the information provided by the property. However, it was far from what was expected. First of all, the pool was locked up. As was the 'Breakfast' area. Their supposed breakfast time was listed on the wall sign, but they never opened. Finally, though the room APPEARED clean at first, cockroaches came out of the woodwork. I even took a picture of one as proof. The room itself looked nothing like the pictures. It had a bed, a small table for a desk, and...

“La camera aveva un odore di muffa. La notte ci siamo accorti che c’erano delle blatte (piccoli scarafaggi) che giravano intorno alla televisione. Abbiamo segnalato la cosa alla reception la mattina e ci è stato detto che ci avrebbero dato un riscontro via e-mail (abbiamo lasciato l’hotel) ma sono passati due giorni e non è successo nulla. ”

“L'hotel è già,di suo, di ottimo livello. Ma se ci aggiungiamo l'aperitivo (stuzzichini e birra a volontà) dal lunedi al giovedì lo rende uno dei migliori hotel dei 13 viaggi in usa. Peccato per la solita posizione vicina alla highway senza infamia e senza lode”
