“If you have a weak stomach from smells do not stay there. The room was clean. The stool didn’t work. The smell in the office and hallway was terrible. I even used Lysol spray and that couldn’t cut it. ”

“Room was clean. The lady that checked us in was super nice and very patient with me. I had my service dog with me and she didn’t bat an eye. The next morning we were packing the car and the staff wouldn’t let me back in due to the dog. I walked around and went in the main entrance and he threw a fit about the dog and said the registration for the service dog didn’t matter that there are no pets allowed. The way he ran at me was very disrespectful and was very triggering for my PTSD. My attorneys...

“They were defrosting refrigerator of our room. Frig stuffed with towels. We mentioned this was bothersome and they said they could move us but the asked if we had used the bathroom and acted that if we had it would need to be recleaned so we never moved. Came back later to find water all over floor and they gave us towels to clean it up ourselves.”
