Benvenuto su "Bear Trail"!

POSIZIONE! POSIZIONE! POSIZIONE! Bear Trail si trova a soli 10 minuti dal centro di Boone (4 km), meno di 20 minuti da Blowing Rock, 20 minuti da Valle Crucis e meno di 30 minuti da Banner Elk. Siamo situati nello Yonahlossee Saddle Club, vicino a tutte le principali attrazioni che l'High Country ha da offrire, come Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, The Blowing Rock, Appalachian State University, Mystery Hill, miniere di gemme, canoa, The Blue Ridge Parkway, ristoranti locali, Mast General Store, Horn in Occidente, strutture per l'equitazione e molto altro ancora. Siamo spiacenti, ma la nostra casa NON accetta animali domestici. Se vuoi visitare la nostra zona per il tuo albero di Natale, visita la Watauga County Christmas Tree Association.

"Bear Trail" è un lussuoso chalet ben arredato con 4 camere da letto (2 king e 2 letti queen size), può ospitare fino a 8 ospiti, 3 bagni e 2 mezzi bagni, vista sulle montagne a lungo raggio, vasca idromassaggio, tavolo da biliardo, Wi -Fi, camino a gas (stagionale), aria condizionata centrale, grill a gas Weber, facile accesso pavimentato in comunità gated, situato a circa 4.000 'in elevazione per quei giorni più freddi d'estate, e altro ancora.

LIVELLO PRINCIPALE: sarai in AWE quando entri in Bear Trail con la sua bellezza e il suo arredamento incantevole. L'ampio soggiorno vanta un grande divano componibile in pelle, sedie extra, un magnifico camino a gas in pietra con una mensola scolpita a mano e ampie finestre per consentire molta luce naturale. Per il tuo divertimento, c'è una grande TV a schermo piatto con cavo per guardare il tuo programma preferito. C'è una stanza di polvere appena fuori dal soggiorno. Questo mezzo bagno ha una porta che conduce al grande ponte aperto.

La cucina completamente attrezzata offre ripiani in granito, un sacco di spazio sul bancone e la maggior parte dei servizi di casa come una lavastoviglie, pentola di coccio, piastra, creatore Keurig e altro ancora. Goditi il tuo pasto preferito al tavolo da pranzo per un massimo di 8 ospiti mentre ammiri le viste mozzafiato delle Blue Ridge Mountains.

La master suite vanta un letto king size di lusso, TV a schermo piatto con Roku, bagno completo En Suite. Il bagno principale offre una cabina doccia piastrellata e una bella vasca da bagno per rilassarsi.

Avrete accesso al main deck principale con grill a gas, tavolo da pranzo con sedie e la nostra nuova vasca idromassaggio per 6 persone. Quando visiti High Country, queste sono le VISTE che vuoi!

PIANO SUPERIORE: Ci sono 2 camere da letto matrimoniali private con un bagno in stile Jack e Jill.

LIVELLO INFERIORE: La quarta camera da letto è una master suite Junior con un letto king size, bagno en suite con cabina doccia e porta scorrevole in stile fienile.

Goditi un'amichevole partita a biliardo o un amichevole gioco di freccette al piano inferiore. Inoltre, puoi rilassarti e giocare a carte o giochi da tavolo in ufficio / salotto o se hai bisogno di lavorare, c'è un computer desk per la privacy. C'è anche un altro mezzo bagno vicino all'ufficio / salotto.

Fabulous Home

The house was fabulous. It was large, well laid out and tastefully decorated. Wonderful view from the deck and the home had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. We had 4 couples on this trip and it accommodated us perfectly. The house is situated in a nice gated community and it’s equally close to Boone and Blowing Rock.

Really Nice Reatreat

My family and a couple of friends stayed in Boone for my daughter’s graduation. The property was lovely and comfortable. We mostly cooked and ate in, relaxing and spending time together, apart from the graduation festivities. We particularly enjoyed the deck and hot tub. I will say I slept better and more comfortably than at home, ( it was nice to get a break from pets). I would highly recommend this property.

Very clean, good views, lighting a little dark in kitchen and dining area. A nice house.

Rental company employee called late in evening with inaccurate information regarding property the week of rental. We called back next day to cancel because of that information and had to leave a message. We did not receive a call back until 2 days later in the evening before our rental. So we proceeded with the rental basically having no choice and that's how we learnef that the information we were provided regarding the home was inaccurate. In the end, all that stress and worry was for nothing and the rental was just fine. The management company needs to ensure their people have accurate information regarding the homes that are being rented and their employees should be respectful of the times they call and returning their calls.

Great house!

We spent five days here and got lucky to hit peak leaf week for the first time in several years. The house is fantastic. Such a nice touch to get early check in and the fireplace is on and jazz music is playing in the background. Great food. Enjoyed the deck so much. Loved being so close to town yet still had extraordinary views. Wonderful quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be back!!!!

3 families stayed for family weekend at App St. Loved the spacious, clean and comfy home. We cooked all meals at house and never needed for anything. It doesn't get much better than this!

Family time

Property is really nice and comfortable. Nice floor plan and the view is spectacular. The only complaint my family had were the upstairs beds. We’re not as comfortable as hoped. The other beds were very comfortable. The only other negative is only 2 bags of trash allowed. We found we were so busy we could not get to the trash dump. Our cars were too packed to take the trash overflow so we had to leave money for additional bags left. Would still rent the property again.

Heaven!

We absolutely loved the area and location. Our only regret is that we were so busy with activities that this wonderful city had to offer that we didn’t have enough time to spend at this beautiful property! Highly recommend. Extremely clean! We enjoyed every detail from extra hot tub towels to beautiful sunrise scenes from the deck. The kitchen was well stocked. We had everything we needed… Just wanted more time there!

Bear Trail was in immaculate condition and the amenities were every thing we were looking to have.

Renting process was seamless and host left wonderful and clear instructions. Only heads up would be while gravel walk way to front door was beautiful it did make challenging to take in luggage. However, if staying in the basement you have direct access through garage without steps. We would love to stay again!!

This home is incredible. Beautifully appointed, spotless, and nestled in a gorgeous setting. Very convenient to downtown Boone and Blowing Rock, yet private and surrounded by nature. Amazing house

We LOVED this house. The view, the location, the hot tub, the size of the place. It was all amazing. I would love to stay here again, but it is a little pricey. The only complaints I have: we were told we had to bring our own hot tub towels, so we all wasted sooo much space in our bags, only to find a large basket full of towels labeled “hot tub towels.” Also, we were told we’d only have 2 small parking spots for cars, so we all squeezed into 2 cars, only to find that there are two spots in the garage we also could have used. I would highly recommend updating the rules and the posting to reflect these things. Otherwise, great place and great customer service.

The home was absolutely stunning and decorated just beautifully with high end décor. Amazing view from deck, beautiful neighborhood and ride up to house. Fully equipped kitchen. Home was in immaculate condition and very clean. It felt like a brand new property. Highly recommend staying here.
