Bella cabina vicino a Blowing Rock and Boone! Recentemente rinnovato!

Recentemente rinnovato nell'agosto 2017! Completata nel novembre 2009, questa baita ad alta efficienza energetica, denominata Mt. Sinai, è l'esperienza in cima alla montagna che stavate aspettando. Goditi un pomeriggio trascorso a dondolo sulla veranda coperta, mentre tieni d'occhio le dolci colline con mucche e un fienile rosso. Questa è una visione serena che non vorrai lasciare.

Una volta dentro ti innamorerai della spaziosa cabina di 1900 piedi quadrati. La grande sala è più che adeguata per ospitare amici e parenti mentre vi radunate intorno al camino e raccontate la vostra giornata in montagna, o rannicchiatevi con un buon libro e guardate lo spettacolare tramonto sulla cresta.

La cucina dispone di elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, ripiani in granito, pavimenti in bambù ed è ben attrezzata per qualsiasi pasto da preparare. Al piano principale, troverete una (1) camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale e 1 bagno e mezzo. Al piano superiore troverete due (2) camere da letto (una con un letto matrimoniale e l'altra con due letti a castello) e una (1) vasca da bagno completa. Tutti i bagni hanno pavimenti in ceramica ed entrambi i bagni completi hanno doppia doccia / vasca.

Il seminterrato riscaldato è stato appena finito magnificamente nell'agosto 2017 con pareti e soffitto in pino mugo! C'è un letto matrimoniale nella camera da letto, un letto matrimoniale e un letto matrimoniale nella zona giorno, insieme a un divano. Altre sette persone possono dormire al piano inferiore per ospitare 14 ospiti in totale. Un nuovo bagno completo è stato aggiunto nel seminterrato con una cabina doccia. Frigorifero completo TV nuova e tavolo da pranzo sono anche nel seminterrato per un sacco di divertimento in famiglia. È un ottimo posto per gli adolescenti per rilassarsi.

All'esterno, puoi dondolarti nel pomeriggio seduto sull'altalena di legno lunga 6 piedi del portico coperto e ascoltare il fischio della Ferrovia Tweetsie in lontananza. Puoi persino arrostire marshmallow e fare di più sul pozzo del fuoco all'aperto mentre tu e i tuoi cari vi sedete su ceppi di legno rustici e rocce. Durante i mesi invernali, puoi vedere le luci e le piste di Appalachian Ski Mountain, proprio di fronte alla montagna.

Mt. Sinai Cabin si trova a 1 miglio dalla Blue Ridge Parkway, 5 miglia a Appalachian Ski Mountain, 28 miglia a Beech Mountain, 20 miglia a Sugar Mountain, 7 miglia a Downtown Boone e Appalachian State University, 7 miglia a Downtown Blowing Rock, solo 1 85 miglia a Samaritan's Purse e meno di 10 miglia a WestGlow Spa and Resort.

Cozy home

We spent Thanksgiving 2024 at this home. The house had plenty of beds and rooms for 6 of us and kept us nice and warm when it snowed and was 12 degrees outside! We thought we would have more people but we were a small group of 6 this time. We really enjoyed the fire place. The home was clean with everything we needed except adequate pots and pans. I am so grateful I had most of my Thanksgiving meal catered because if not, there would be no way for me to adequately cook a meal for just 6 people. I would recommend bringing your own cookware. There were only 3 pots and pans so we did a lot of cooking, transferring, cleaning and cooking another item. Also my only other complaint is we were locked out of the house because the doors do not have deadbolts, only twist locks so when you lock from inside, you can still open door. We went to unload car and found ourselves locked out. The property manager was excellent and told us where spare key was!! Later while reading notes about house, it states what to do if and when this happens so it must be a regular problem. I would stay here again but would bring pots, sharp knives and remember to keep key in key lock outside just in case.

Mount Sinai Stay

I didn’t stay in the house. We were there for a family reunion. Three of our daughter stayed there with two in-laws and 7 grandchildren. Total 12 people. The rest of us stayed at another Vrbo. It was a great gathering place for us when using the outside. We all had a wonderful time. Thank you so much!

Holiday Getaway

The cabin was exactly as described. Loved having 3 floors, each with a full bath, plus a 1/2 bath on the main level. Kitchen was well-equipped with plates and utensils, a little short on glasses but we managed. The porch was nice and sunny on the cold afternoons, the drive to Boone and/or Blowing Rock was quick and easy. Great location! Would definitely stay here again.

Great experience at this lovely cabin

We spent a long weekend at this cabin with family for a special occasion. By far, this is the most well stocked and appointed cabin we have ever rented. The downstairs area was perfect for our infant granddaughter's needs and there was plenty of space for everyone. The porch was well used and we enjoyed watching it rain from the comfort of the swing and many porch chairs. Beautiful and quiet area.

Birthday Getaway

High up in the beautiful mountains of NC. It would be an understatement to say there was plenty of room for all 10 of us. Beautiful peaceful home and close to downtown everything. Wonderful experience!

Our Family stay at Mt Siani

We had a wonderful family time at Mt Sinai. We enjoyed the view. The cabin was beautiful and very well kept. The necessary home items was appreciated as the crock pot, we cooked chili on cool rainy day. It rained 3 out of the 4 days we were there. So the big porch was wonderful so we could sit outside and enjoy the view even in the rain. Thank you very much and we will do this again. The Tanner Family.

Perfect 50 birthday weekends

It was 3 couples and my small dog. Each of the couple's had a own floor with bedroom and bathroom. Nice porch to hang out and fire place to gather. Dishes and kitchen well stuffed. Thank you. Oh yes great location.

Overall a Nice Trip, But Understand What You're Getting

First the pros: there are a lot of beds and you could fit a lot of people in here! (We had just a small group, though.) It's centrally located, about 5 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and 12 minutes from Boone restaurants and grocery stores. The hosts certainly seemed well intentioned and provided dishwasher detergent, soap and a fresh sponge. Thank you! The cons: I'm sorry to write that it felt damp and musty. The cabinets and tile floors were sticky. The headline of the property was "Newly Renovated!" But in the middle of the listing, it says the basement. You might skip over this if reading quickly. Along that same lines, the description read: "Enjoy an afternoon spent rocking on the covered porch, while overlooking rolling hills featuring cows and a red barn. This is a serene view you won’t want to leave." You cannot see the said hills or cows. There are of trees all along the front and back of the house and are quite thick. Trees are nice in their own way. Just don't expect expansive views (or light) from the porch. Also, it was hard to find a place to store groceries or luggage. Kitchen cabinets and drawer were jam packed and surfaces elsewhere had tchotchkes on them. Overall, I would recommend this place, but just know what you're getting.

Boone - Family Trip

Mt. Sinai cabin is very beautiful and clean as advertised. We visited here from Orlando, FL during Christmas week with family and friends. All of us enjoyed the stay and had enough room for everyone. The location is awesome and very close to all major attractions especially the Apalachiean Ski Mountain. We enjoyed the camp fire in the firepit outside. We love to visti here again. Nice property in convenient location. Lots of beds and bathrooms. This cabin has 2 common areas for gathering and spending time together. It would have worked better for us, if there was a larger space for everyone to hang out. The kitchen is small but adequate . We did lots of cooking and could have used more space. Overall it is a good house for lots of family to get together.

Nice cabin, finished basement ideal for a large family plus first floor master suite and two bedrooms on the second floor worked quite well for us, children and grandchildren. Well furnished kitchen. Very clean and comfortable furnishings.

Wedding stay
