Incredibile nuova casa su misura all'interno della comunità di Eagles Nest. Spazio per quattordici ospiti, enorme camino con spazio per radunarsi all'interno e all'esterno, sala giochi, vasca idromassaggio e viste spettacolari e privacy completano questa splendida nuova casa.

Bouldercrest è un capolavoro unico nel suo genere in Eagles Nest. Le porte scolpite a mano vi danno il benvenuto dappertutto. Veramente una cucina da buongustai, non vorrai niente. Avrai una piccola TV in cucina e c'è anche una stazione di riscaldamento per il tuo caffè o tè! Il tavolo da pranzo è un'opera d'arte personalizzata e può ospitare fino a dieci persone. Dal soggiorno, goditi il camino a gas mentre guardi un film o ti godi la vista del pavimento dalle pareti di vetro al soffitto.

Fuori dalla cucina è una cucina di maggiordomi e il centro lavanderia. Due camere da letto sono al livello principale. Tre passaggi conducono al re maestro. C'è una terrazza privata, TV e un fantastico bagno con pavimenti piastrellati personalizzati, doccia enorme e finestre che "si appannano" premendo un pulsante. All'altra estremità della casa, troverai una camera da letto con un letto king size, un letto singolo e un rotelle sotto il gemello.

Salite le scale e trovate la camera dei gemelli. Ci sono un totale di quattro letti singoli; due letti con rotelle sotto ciascuno. Questa stanza ha anche la sua TV.

Il livello inferiore ha due camere da letto King, ognuna con un bagno privato completo. C'è una sala cinema con una TV a grande schermo. La sala giochi ha un secondo film e area di visualizzazione, oltre a air hockey, calcio balilla, freccette e un tavolo da poker.

All'esterno c'è spazio per tutti. Il ponte posteriore ha un moderno camino a legna e grill. Sul lato anteriore, fiancheggiato da massi giganti, c'è un pozzo del fuoco, posti a sedere e una passerella per la nuovissima vasca idromassaggio. Circondato da alberi, potresti vedere alcune creature, ma nessuna gente!

Family Getaway

Loved this property! It was the perfect size for our two families to come together. The neighborhood has wonderful amenities for the kids. Will warn those that love sleeping in dark rooms that there are no blinds to block the light. The view is so incredible we didn’t care but some might. Thanks so much for hosting us! We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful stay…..will do it again!

My family and I had a wonderful holiday trip. Everything was easy from us from check in to check out. This house is amazing and just like the photos. Only thing we would like to suggest is a broom. We searched high and low for a broom to sweep after we cooled but could only find a dust pan.

Golf Trip

Eagles Nest is a great community. Boulder crest is a large pretty house. But if you are considering for 4 couples like we did it is set up very odd and not at all a great place to stay. The bathroom situation is not ideal. The guest bedroom on the main floor has no shower. That couple had to share the master shower across the house. The bathroom outside of that guest room is detached and only has a toilet and a very small sink and terrible lighting. No mirror either in that guest room and no blinds. No hand towels in the bathroom either. The master bath shower had a broken shower handle that came off every time and a the window in there had a large piece of the trim just sitting next to it. The bathroom door also always slams shut. Had to prop it open with the laundry basket. The porch with the view only has a dining table (that is quite dirty). No comfortable seating to sit out and relax. Fridge has no ice maker (and no ice maker in the bar) figured that out when we needed ice. The two rooms downstairs could hear dripping in the walls. Blue Ridge rentals were very fast in fixing the fireplace and replacing the beeping smoke alarm and responded instantly. We were as usual very happy with this rental agency but would not rent this house again not because of its many odd things that I did not list but simply the bathroom situation was hard to take for 8 people.

Amazing house and location

This house was amazing, the views from the back deck were stunning. The house was clean and at a great location on the mountain. The town of Banner Elk is a quick drive away with plenty to do. Definitely would recommend this house!

Boulder crest

Boulder Crest was a great location for our group. Plenty to do on property for adults and teens (game room, hot tub, fire pit). Ski and snowboard 15 min away. Location is quiet and beautiful. Will be going back.

Amazing home with beautiful views

The house was stunning and it was great to spread out. We loved the hot tub and the neighborhood made the trip. We enjoyed all of the hiking trails and ropes course. Perfect for spending time outdoors. Also just a short drive to the slopes.

2nd Stay even better than the first!

This was our 2nd year coming to this home. We normally rotate homes but didn't want to this year, this house was just too good. Super clean, amazing views, PERFECT outdoor area for poker and so much more. Modern decor, huge den and great sleeping areas. We will be back next year again.

Gotta say no..

This is a hard review to write, because I've never left a negative review, so I'll call this review constructive criticism. This is different because I want to give a heads up to future guests.. Let’s start with the home itself, it’s lovely. The house was clean with spectacular views. The kitchen and primary bedroom were beautiful. Now moving on to the 2nd bedroom on the main floor. There is NO BATHROOM! We kept walking around looking for it. The room has a King bed and a twin. WITH NO BATHROOM! There is a half bath, NO SHOWER down the hall. The room was useless without a full bath and shower. The bedrooms downstairs were great, both had bathrooms! Yay! Now let's move up to the third floor. A huge room that sleeps 4, for our grown kids, NO BATHROOMS AT ALL ON THE ENTIRE FLOOR! Again, we spent so much time looking for the bathrooms! The write up says it sleeps 14, You would need to take turns in the bathroom and shower in someone else's bathroom! The kitchen was poorly stocked, especially when cooking with a large family. No full length mirrors, anywhere. If giving the opportunity to rent this house again, I’d say no. It just didn’t make sense for a large family.. However I will say, the management company was great. The fire place and dish washer didn’t work and they came right over, fixed the fire place and ordered maintenance to come and fix the dish washer. So bravo to Blue Ridge Rentals but rethink a large house with a big family because you’ll be disappointed.

Mountain Stunner!

If you like gorgeous, 180 degree mountain views from every window, state of the art design, and bells and whistles that make your stay feel like you’re on HGTV, then this is the rental for you. The house is beautifully built into the hillside boulders and blends seamlessly into the landscape. The views were breathtaking, and the amenities were amazing. They have really thought of everything - from a wireless, waterproof outdoor Bluetooth speaker to a basket of Turkish towels for the hot tub, from a game room full of air hockey and XBox to a theatre room complete with a poker table. And the master bath is straight out of HGTV, with gorgeous heated floors, a beautiful shower with a view of the boulders and windows that turn opaque at the flick of a remote switch for privacy. The hot tub, fire pit and back porch fireplace were favorites among our group. Hoping this is the first of many stays for us at beautiful Bouldercrest!
