Just five minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and a short drive to both Boone and Blowing Rock, this home pairs modern comfort with classic mountain charm.

The great room sets the tone with a wall of windows, a cozy wood-burning stove, and plush seating for gathering. The spacious kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a convenient pass-through to the dining area. Step outside onto the expansive main-level deck, complete with outdoor dining and a propane heater, or wander down to the patio for a soak in the brand-new hot tub while taking in the breathtaking views.

Entertainment is endless in the huge lower-level game room, which boasts a slate pool table, ping-pong, foosball, a card table, games, a TV, and its own fireplace. A glass garage door lets in natural light, creating a fun and inviting space for all ages.

Four inviting sleeping spaces ensure comfort for every guest. The main-level master suite offers a king bed, French doors to the deck, and a luxurious ensuite with heated tile floors, a Whirlpool tub, and a custom round shower. Upstairs, two king bedrooms each feature private balconies with elevated views. The lower-level bedroom includes a queen bed plus a twin-over-queen bunk, perfect for families.

Guests can stream their favorite shows with their own accounts. A single exterior camera for security monitors the driveway, the front porch, and towards the side door entering the basement. Please note: no pets are allowed, and AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter weather.
