Benvenuti nel ranch di Sindy. Questa grande casa a sei si trova di fronte al Sugar Mountain Ski Resort di Banner Elk, perfetta per un ritiro di sci per famiglie o amici!

Alloggi per dormire: Sindy's Ranch ha tre camere da letto, ma altre tre zone notte private.
Livello principale: Master King Room, due camere matrimoniali con un bagno completo in comune, un divano letto nel soggiorno, bagno di servizio
Livello inferiore: camera King, camera matrimoniale, camera con due letti singoli a castello e doppia a castello, bagno in comune con doccia piastrellata

Attraversa le porte della cucina di lusso, fornita di nuovi arredi ed elettrodomestici per lo chef in famiglia! Passare attraverso l'accogliente soggiorno con un camino a gas per rannicchiarsi di fronte e un sacco di posti a sedere per la famiglia di godere e la sera di risate e ricordi. Appena fuori dalla cucina e dalla zona giorno, l'ampia terrazza ospita numerose sedie per rilassarsi con il caffè del mattino e ammirare le montagne e le piste da sci di Sugar Mountain. È inoltre possibile vedere questa splendida vista dalla camera da letto principale, che si trova al livello principale con letto king size e bagno privato. Appena fuori le porte francesi del maestro, approfitta della nuovissima sauna.

Intrattenere la famiglia con un giro di biliardo, situato nel soppalco aperto o scendere al livello inferiore, dove si trova un tavolo da poker, freccette, tavolo shuffleboard, videogiochi arcade e grande centro di intrattenimento per serate di cinema. Dopo una giornata sulle piste o camminando sulla vicina Blue Ridge Parkway, fai un tuffo nella grande vasca idromassaggio, situata appena fuori dal piano inferiore o trascorri del tempo nel pozzo del fuoco nel cortile privato. Questa casa gigante è fatta per i ricordi, sia che tu voglia prendersela comoda e mettere i piedi in alto o uscire e trovare la tua prossima avventura.

Il vialetto è ripido e ghiaiato. È arato in inverno, ma i veicoli 4WD o AWD sono necessari tutto l'anno, e le catene possono anche essere necessarie per accedere alla proprietà nei mesi invernali. We stayed here for a Christmas weekend with our family and grandparents, and I rarely leave reviews—but this experience demands one. The home itself is just okay and needs major updating, but the real problem is the management company’s total lack of care.They advertise that AWD/4WD is enough, but this property should NOT be rented in inclement weather at all. All of our 4WD vehicles struggled; one got stuck immediately and had to be towed. The driveway, hills, and switchbacks are dangerous and completely misrepresented.We arrived to a non-working door code, a refrigerator that never got cold, and no response from management despite multiple calls. They kept “making tickets” but never followed up or sent help.Both vehicles got stuck again the next evening, forcing our very YOUNG kids and grandparents (over 70) to walk uphill in snow and freezing temps. Trying to get in touch with them again and still no call back from management.Ironically, the only time they contacted us was to make sure we’d be out by 10am for a showing—because the home is for sale. Unreal.House issues included: broken hot tub (told 2 hours before arrival), musty and cold downstairs, mold in the bathroom, poor heating, malfunctioning TVs, spiders, and drafty windows.It’s clear the owner has stopped maintaining this home, and the management company doesn’t care. I will never rent from Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals again and wouldn’t recommend this home to anyone.

Great holiday memories!

What a lovely place to celebrate our Christmas in the beautiful mountains. This home suited our needs perfectly and we had so much fun. The proximity to both Sugar and Beech mountains for skiing were excellent. We even decorated the home’s decor cactus as our Christmas tree (see photo attached). Thank you for a great memory. We will definitely book with Blue Ridge Rentals again!

Fun stay in Sugar Bear Ridge

Myself and a group of friend stayed at Sugar bear Lodge for our annual cabin trip. We loved the location and the house. The common spaces were large enough to accommodate a large group with out feeling crowded. The kitchen was also well equipped. The hot tub, firepit, pool table, and other games gave us plenty to do and were in great condition! The only thing that I would point out is that the 3 bedrooms in the basement are all connecting, so you have to walk through a bedroom to get to another bedroom and the bathroom. For some groups this might be uncomfortable and I dont feel like I could really tell how the bedrooms were connected from the pictures. Although we would definitely stay again!

Great for large families.

The house was very spacious & roomy with wonderful Mountain View’s. Felt like the entrance into the house with door mats was very worn, dirty & unappealing & working the tv w/o instruction was challenging . But would we rent there again, yes! The grandkids loved it with the large downstairs & the hot tub.

Hot tub issues

This was our second stay here. The location is great for going to sugar mountain. I deducted a star because we have had issues with the hot tub on both occasions. First occasion the hot tub was very foamy and almost intolerable.. This time… we went to get in it for the second night and the smell was awful and the water was yellow. We didn’t do anything out of the ordinary for this to occur. We contacted the manager who said someone would be out that afternoon to look at it. He shows up around 9pm.. so.. we missed out of a full day and night to use the hot tub .. this is a big feature we enjoy in the winter months.. particularly after a day on the slopes The bathtub in the hallway bathroom does not drain properly and you stand in water while showering.. after that.. the tub is gross from all the water I would have given 5 stars if not for these things..

Perfect Family Getaway

The lodge was the perfect size for our group of 8 & our pups. Comfy & homey for Christmas! Well equipped, great location close to both Sugar Mtn and Beech Mtn. We communicated opportunities to the management company, and had a great response on resolution. Definitely some maintenance needed, but confident things will be resolved.

Wonderful Christmas celebration

This was the perfect cabin to celebrate our family Christmas! There were plenty of bedrooms for everyone and the kids bedroom with bunk beds was awesome! The large family room was perfect for us all to gather with beautiful views of Sugar Mountain. We loved the spacious kitchen...made it easy to cook for our large group. We also enjoyed all the fun activities the area provided from tubing to hiking. We will definitely be back!

50th Anniversary Gathering

Property handled our 14 amily members very well. Lots of space for everyone. Living room was a perfect size for all members to gather one night for our celebration. Property is located close to many activities/wineries/golf courses,/hiking and just plain relaxing. Kitchen well equipped and plenty of eating space for all. The most difficult part of the rental is the driving up to the house. Driveway is in need of repair.

Unlimited potential

Beautiful upstairs area with a large kitchen and well stocked utensils, dishes and pots. The living room has a massive leather couch and other seats around a very large 75" TV. There is also a very large dining room area to seat up to 12 very comfortably. The outdoor furniture on the upstairs deck is very solid and the view is magnificent. The loft with the pool table was nice but could use an updated entertainment center and TV. The downstairs is a little odd with drop-in ceilings with some water damage showing on random panels. Their was also a shuffle board table that was completely broken on both sides with screws falling out everywhere making it useless. Should probably toss that. The upstairs bedroom doors squeak and don't shut flush easily making a lot of unwanted noise in the evening hours. Biggest complaint has to be the grounds keeping and driveway maintenance. The entire area around the outside of the house was covered in foot tall weeds and grass and the garden boxes were overrun. The driveway is unacceptable for a VRBO rental. We took three SUVS with AWD and it was still a struggle to get them to the top. You can park at the bottom but hope you enjoy hauling heavy luggage and groceries up a very steep gravel hill with galleys on either side. All that said, our family had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to stay again after a few upgrades.
