The interior of this 1960's Ranch Home Interior has been completely renovated, including the Kitchen and bathrooms. It is located in a quiet neighborhood in the Middle of Boone 1.5 miles to ASU and 1 mile to the shopping area.

This house is perfect for 3 guys on a fly fishing trip to the Boone area. Immaculately clean and furnished. Have stayed here multiple times, and will definitely stay again in the future.

Pictures do not do this home justice! It's a spacious home, with updated appliances and fixtures, a huge kitchen, dining room big enough for 6, and a great back yard. (we put out some bird seed on the picnic table and watched all the different birds native to the area come by to visit) It's situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet a 5-minute drive gets you to 3 different grocery stores, countless eating establishments, both chain and local, the ASU campus and downtown Boone.The owner was great as well. Communicating with her was a breeze.Without a doubt, this will be our "command central" when visiting Boone.

This home was extremely clean. I rent homes in Boone a few times a year to visit my daughter at App State. You cannot beat the location. The kitchen is large and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were stocked with high end towels and luxury shampoo, conditioner and soap. The host was incredible. I interacted with her multiple times and she was delightful and very responsive. Will rent this home again.

We were in town to watch our son play baseball against App State. This was a wonderful house in a quiet neighborhood. House was very clean and very comfortable. Kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens of any house I’ve ever stayed in. Great appliances. Beds were very comfortable with great sheets. Bathrooms were clean with nice towels. Fantastic and thorough information of area amenities and offerings. Would definitely look to stay in this house again Should I be in the area. Owner was very accommodating and friendly in all communications. Great stay and highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay! Easy to find, solid communication and the house was immaculate. This house was well appointed - the beds were incredibly comfortable, the linens and all bedding quality and the bathrooms were well stocked and had GOOD towels. No IKEA furnishings or linens here! I plan to book again when we return to Boone.

This is a very welcoming and cozy home. We enjoyed the spaciousness and comfort of the house, which had all the necessities for our 3 night stay. The location is great, enabling you to get around Boone easily (look for the backroads to avoid traffic). There are many wonderful places to dine and we especially enjoyed The Beacon (less than 10 min from this house). Fantastic food, service and live music! Thanks for a lovely visit - we'll be back!

The Ivy was a perfect house for our girl weekend. There were 3 of us, so everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The house is fully updated, very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are super nice, too. The house location is also perfect - just a short drive to downtown Boone and Bowling Rock. Elizabeth was a great host. She makes sure we had everything we needed and also very kind to offered the early check-in. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

We had a great time staying at The Ivy during our couple of days in Boone. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, but is still close enough to downtown Boone and App State that there's plenty to do within a short drive. The home was perfect for us. The house is very modern inside and has everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Everything was as described in the listing and Elizabeth answered any questions we had very promptly. I would happily recommend this house to any family spending some time in Boone.
