“This property could have so much potential but it was dirty and rundown. The rooms were dark and dingy with no reading lighting. The locks were broken on the doors , chipped paint dirty rugs. Only one chair in the room”

“The room was pretty and clean. and everyone was very nice. I didn't eat breakfast there. The airport shuttle was great. The bathroom could use an update, but it was fine. I love that you when you stay, you can pay to park at the motel which is a lot cheaper than airport parking, and they pick you up when you return. The children that were staying above me were wildly noisy, but they didn't stay up really late. Overall, I was pleased with the motel.”

“Awful hotel experience! Had to fight to get the typ of room we booked. 1st one smelled like smoke and was filthy. 2nd one was better, but still had many things wrong. Cant use the water slide unless you pay extra money even though that's not how it's advertised. Worst hotel experince ever, couldn't wait to leave! Will never stay again! My advice, run!”

“The hotel itself was good clean, comfortable, fully functional, and it even had a kitchenette. The front desk staff was very patient and helpful during check-in. Unfortunately, there was an issue with my Expedia reservation. I learned that Expedia uses what is called a "virtual credit card" for reservations. In the hotel's system, they were seeing Expedia's virtual card rather than my personal credit card. Although I had already paid and had a confirmation, the hotel couldn't check me in...

“Room and property was clean. Long drive from Az about 14 hrs drive. Just wanted to check in and rest up. We got to hotel and l walk in, there were three people in the lobby. I ask if they were in line to check in. And one said they've been waiting 30 mins and the other about 40 mins. I waited about 45 mins before the night clerk came in at 11:30 and check us in. We didn't get into our room until 12am . We waited approximately1 hour and 1/2 .. the next morning all the front desk clerk was l am...
