  • The best of downtown Boothbay Harbor is a short walk away from Boothbay Cottage, a 3BR/2BA home. Original accents pay homage to the home's coastal history, while a sparkling kitchen with stainless steel appliances creates modern convenience. In the evenings, make use of the gas grill or relax by the wood-burning firepit in the backyard.

    In addition to beloved downtown restaurants, Bayside Cottage also keeps you close to the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, riverside fishings spots, and ocean-adventure boat charters. Take a 10-minute stroll into town over the Harbor Footbridge.

    A plush sofa set invites you to unwind in the living area. The flat-screen TV with Roku allows you to log in to your preferred streaming services. Complimentary board games provide additional entertainment options. Stainless steel appliances and sleek soapstone countertops bring modern style and upscale utility to the kitchen. When you're ready to eat, gather around the table for seven in the dining area.

    This home sleeps seven guests in three bedrooms. Sleep soundly on a queen-size bed in the primary suite. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom holds a queen-size bed, whereas the third bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed and a twin-size bed. The guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. Prepare tasty meals on the patio's gas grill.

    Take a reflective stroll through the backyard and enjoy the relaxing coastal breeze. On clear nights, roast marshmallows over the wood-burning firepit. Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a private washer/dryer.

    * This home has seasonal window AC units
    * All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
    * No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
    * The backyard is shared with an adjacent property, with each property having its own seating area, fire pit, and grill.

House was just as listed! I felt the best part also was how you could walk to downtown Boothbay Harbor, even at night we walked the foot bridge back and forth and felt safe. Beautiful area and quiet

Really enjoyed the location of this house. Easy walking to dining and downtown shopping areas. Beds were really comfortable as well, we're the sitting areas. Kitchen was shocked. Well enough for the little cooking that we did.

Perfect cottage in Boothbay Harbor!

The cottage was simply wonderful! It was beautifully updated. Everything we needed was there. The location was superb! We easily walked to places. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Great location.charming house

Charming with very handsome coastal decor. Great location, nice size. Beware though, the stairs are quite narrow and steep. There are 2 bedrooms and a bath upstairs which must be accessed by the stairs.

The property is in the perfect location about 5 minutes walk from the center of Boothbay Harbor, it is as described in the listing. The home was very well equipped with everything you could possibly want. We enjoyed the outside area and the fire pit, as well as the grill. One comment the outside furniture could use some attention.

Perfect place really close to town

From checkin to checkout the process was easy. The house was clean and spacious. We were really close to town and everything was walkable. We left wanting to book for next year. Everyone at Turnkey was super helpful and responsive. Can’t wait for next year

Awesome home away from home!!

Can’t say enough great things about this lovely home! So clean, fresh and bright! The downstairs bedroom and bathroom was perfect for my older dad. The location couldn’t have been better. We easily walked all around town and the town is so great! Very quiet and so many places to eat and shop! Will most definitely be back and may even stay in the Barn!!

We had issues with the lock to get in but Turnkey responded VERY quickly! We will stay again!

Very convenient location, walking distance to restaurants/shops even with young kids. House was updated and comfortable, only surprise was a conflict in the listing regarding AC - there is no AC in the house, but lots of fans.

Adorable home and easy walk to downtown

Loved this property! We had 6 adults and had a great time. Living room- dining room- kitchen all open concept. Great for hanging out, cooking, watching movies. Easy walk to restaurants, footbridge and shops. We had a large SUV that took up the length of the driveway so not sure how to fit two cars. Easy check in and hosts were very responsive to questions. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Lovely October Visit

The location of this property is amazing!! The house was well stocked and had everything we needed! The backyard is adorable. I only deducted a star because (as previously mentioned in reviews) the couch covers could use a cleaning and under the couches/beds. We had to wash a few toys that rolled under there. But not the end of the world. Overall, I would recommend this house and stay here again!

Great place. Suggest a window A/C in the main bedroom on the first floor. No air circulation with the corner windows. The ceiling fan is too high to provide any air flow. All else was great.

Perfect Location

This property was in the perfect location, with a fantastic pizza shop and cafe a brief walk around the corner and the footbridge another short walk away. The home was beautiful and very comfortable. I would love to speak directly to the owners about communication. Things out of their hands were a concern, but I could not contact them.
