Dear Paula, We are sorry for the inconvenience you faced at our property. We tried our best to give you the room by showing you 3 different rooms. However, you didn't liked anyone by saying us that rooms smells like smokes. Our rooms are non- smoking rooms. At flagship inn we try our best to keep our guest satisfied. As per the policy we do not refund the money. I am Extremely sorry for the inconvenience you have face.
