The space

Each of the two spacious bedrooms features a luxurious king-size bed & 2 single beds in the second bedroom as well as their own en-suite bathrooms. Just steps outside to your own private oasis, where a semi-covered kitchen and shaded dining/lounge area overlook the pool—perfect for relaxed outdoor living, BBQs, and evening cocktails.

You’ll have exclusive access to the pool, BBQ, and outdoor kitchen areas—no other guests will be on the property during your stay. While the property owners do not live on site, they may be quietly residing in the fully private separate second level apartment, they fully respect your privacy and will not use or access any part of the ground-level outdoor areas during your stay.

This is a tranquil, private escape designed for your complete comfort and relaxation.

This listing includes the first level of the villa, featuring:
• Two spacious bedrooms one king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, the second with 2 twin beds that can be made into a king-sized bed as well as en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom with two single beds with be the default. King-sized bed arrangement must be requested in advance of check-in.

You will also have exclusive access to the entire ground level, which includes:
• A private swimming pool
• A fully equipped outdoor kitchen
• A covered, open-air dining and lounge space—perfect for enjoying meals and relaxing in the fresh island breeze

Please note: The top level is a completely separate apartment not included in this listing. It may be occupied by the property owners during your stay. However, they will not access or use the pool, outdoor kitchen, or any part of the ground or first levels. You’ll enjoy full privacy throughout your stay.

Other things to note
You may hear joyful island sounds—roosters at sunrise, dogs in the distance, and festive music and laughter from local gatherings, especially on weekends or holidays. This adds to the authentic Polynesian charm. Restaurants close mid-afternoon and reopen for dinner around 6 PM; reservations are recommended. Alcohol sales stop at 8 PM. Hard alcohol is expensive—best to stock up at Duty Free. Geckos and tropical insects are harmless, part of the island’s natural ecosystem.
