Benvenuti a Fare Manuia, la nostra bella casa di Bora Bora. Il bungalow fa parte del luogo idilliaco originariamente costruito per Marlon Brando e dove il suo bravo collega Jack Nicholson possedeva il suo bungalow privato sull'acqua. La gente del posto conosce questo posto meglio come "The Condominiums". FARE MANUIA è un delizioso bungalow privato progettato con un tocco della tradizionale cultura polinesiana. Le pareti in legno e il tetto originale danno un tocco di freschezza e le grandi finestre permettono alla straordinaria luce solare di Bora Bora di entrare. È un posto fantastico per quattro persone che vogliono godersi l'isola paradisiaca che è Bora Bora ... La grande camera da letto principale offre un accesso privato alla rinfrescante terrazza attraverso porte scorrevoli. Gli alti soffitti con travi a vista rendono lo spazio arioso! Per le incantevoli notti di Bora Bora, FARE MANUIA è dotato di un ventilatore a soffitto e di un condizionatore d'aria completamente spaziale, le finestre sono state tutte a prova di zanzara con zanzariere, WIFI GRATUITO, doccia en-suite, cucina completamente attrezzata, con macchina per il caffè, tostapane, forno a microonde, fornello a quattro fuochi, frigorifero, e forniamo a tutti i nostri ospiti caffè e tè gratuiti. In caso di interruzioni di corrente che non sono comuni a Bora Bora, puoi utilizzare le torce fornite per cercare. Facile accesso alla spiaggia privata con accesso al ponte privato che crea un facile prelievo per qualsiasi attività acquatica locale. Questo è il posto perfetto per rilassarsi! A parte la casa, avrai libero accesso a tutte le strutture dei condomini. Puoi fare un bagno dalla nostra spiaggia privata (niente sabbia più), puoi mangiare un po 'di frutta fresca dai nostri alberi locali o divertirti a leggere il tuo libro preferito. La bellissima spiaggia di Matira con sabbia bianca è a soli 16 km da noi, in entrambi i casi. Assicurati di noleggiare un'auto o uno scooter. È necessario. Il nostro bungalow è generalmente in ottime condizioni, ben tenuto ed eccellente, a 20 metri dalla laguna. L'account Netflix gratuito e il WiFi ad alta velocità illimitato gratuito renderanno le tue giornate ancora migliori. E questa bellissima villa potrebbe essere tua per un po '! Lo amerai!!! Faremo sicuramente del nostro meglio!

Great view, cozy house

Coco's Place on the north end of Bora Bora has a tremendous view, access to a small beach with a covered picnic table and a relatively quiet location while also being just 15 mins from Vaitape harbor and the town's amenities. It's a cozy home with all the comforts you need to relax at the end of a great day out exploring and enjoying the island. The AC was much appreciated as was the warm shower after a long day.

Bora Bora Bliss

Coco’s Place was the perfect fit for my husband and I. From Barthelemy picking us up at the dock and driving us to the house, to Nathelie giving us the full tour of the house, to the location, we were very pleased. We LOVED the privacy, the use of the car, and the location directly across the street from the sea where we swam all 8 days that we stayed. The shower had excellent water pressure, and having the washer and dryer was so appreciated! The only thing that we would suggest is purchasing a new stove, as the current one, even after directions from our host, was not working properly, and the other “oven” on property was too small to cook in. Also, so additional towels for the bathroom would be nice. Note to those with physical limitations,(which we do not have) the access to the home is up stairs, both from the road side, and the second steps are up to the front door, and for those with limited mobility, caution should be used. The communication with the owner, Adrian, was first rate! He was so responsive and just lovely to work with. We would most definitely love to stay again.

We loved our stay here!

Coco's Place was an excellent choice for phase 2 of our Bora Bora vacation. (Phase 1 was one of the resorts.) It was conveniently located, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy ourselves, cook, snorkel, and have a great time! Having the use of a car along with our stay was the next level of convenience and utility! There can be some noise from traffic on the main road and occasionally roosters, but this is something that did not bother us because we tended to have an oscillating fan going at night while sleeping, which would drown out the other noises. The view was incredible, and we had so much fun snorkeling nearby and kayaking. Great communication from the hosts, as well as pick up and drop off from the resort and to the airport, which we very much appreciated. Nathalie was so helpful with a tour, and welcoming to the place, as well as explaining everything that needed to be. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone considering a visit!

50th Anniversary

The property was very nice, could use some upgrades, but overall, for the price was very nice, was very clean also. Having a car was very helpful, we made many trips to restaurant's etc. Nathalie was very nice, and helpfull. Would definitly recommend it. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Experience the real Bora Bora

Before spending a few nights at the St. Regis my wife and I spent three nights at this property on Bora Bora. What a treat! For those wanting to experience Bora Bora's lagoon without breaking the bank (and especially for a family or those travelling with friends) this is a perfect option. First, their is everything you need: comfy beds, big bathroom, a full kitchen, plenty of seating, and, yes, even a free car for your use! (and let's toss in a Western facing view for sunsets). The latter allowed us to drive down to the beach (scenic 20 minute drive) and also head into town for dinner and buying groceries. Also good to know if that if you book some restaurants or a tour of the lagoon you usually get a ride to and from the house. Highly recommended for either an entire stay or, as we did, to spend more time in Bora Bora without paying for a super pricey resort!

Great views of the lagoon. Cozy living area. Great hosts. Loved having the house to ourselves. It’s on the ring road which is super convenient but can also be noisy. Would appreciate more towels as clothes dryer is not very efficient. Overall very much recommend.

I can't say enough compliments for our stay at Coco's Place. The accommodations were clean and organized. The location was great-just minutes from Vaitape; making shopping and excursions easily accessible. The condominium had everything you need to cook a nice meal. We loved waking up every morning and having our coffee with a beautiful view of the water right off the living room/kitchen. The car was an added bonus to our stay. Our host was amazing and was very kind with prompt replies to our requests. His managers Natalie & Barthalemey were very friendly and helpful. Cutest couple ever. I would recommend this place to everyone and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Adrian is exceptional host! Communication is fast, and he recommended to is lots of fun activities! Natalie is great and Very helpful! The home is outstanding, the best home in the area. Coco’s Place is the Coolest

Great rental! Nathalie was a wonderful host, we took a few minutes to have a conversation with her at check-in. She is a wealth of island knowledge. Great value since this rental INCLUDES a car for your entire stay. Beautiful view from the living room. Mauruuru!

Great amenities: well stocked kitchen (we cooked many of our meals), beach chairs were awesome, beach towels, car was in great condition (it is a manual)

This is a great place to stay where you can easily get to town and around. The owner is very responsive and answered my many questions quickly. He also worked with us on checkout and checkin to meet our needs. It felt spacious with high ceilings, large rooms and great view. We would stay here again.

We really felt staying in this condo gave us a real chance to experience the island and its people while not breaking the bank. Have the car rental was great to get us around and go when we wanted. So happy we stayed here. There was a slight mechanical issue and it was handled promptly. Pascaline couldn’t have been more accommodating

Everything about our experience at Coco’s bungalow was the best we have had in our fifteen years of international travel. We had already stayed one week before this week booked on a different platform, and we loved it so much that we stayed for another week booking here with Expedia. Our time started with a wonderful welcome from Adrian, the owner, who helped us check in early because of transportation problems. We were allowed to meet his wonderful housekeeper, who stopped her cleaning to show us the bungalow and make copies of our drivers’ licenses so we could take the car and do some sightseeing and grocery shopping. She also helped us bring our baggage upstairs and let us leave it there. We were so grateful! The car was perfect! Well cleaned, and very new! We never had one problem with their car, and paying the extra amount for our stay was a bargain considering how much rental cars were on Bora Bora! When we walked in to the bungalow we noticed beer, water, and a botttle of wine left for our stay, fresh flowers everywhere, and everything was just perfect! Everything we needed for our two weeks stay! The decor drew us in, and made us feel at home! Communication with Adrian was wonderful! He answered every question we had, and he also offered suggestions with different aspects of our stay. We felt at home! Netflix for English speakers! WiFi perfect and fast! We will be back, and only plan to stay here! It’s the very best! ❤️

Highly recommend

This place excellent, the owner Adrian was super responsive and helpful, and what more can I say than we had an excellent time on Bora!? The art and flowers inside were super cute as well, including hand drawn art. Would recommend it and would stay there again given the opportunity.
