Was disappointed with multiple things…
The location was good, the family was really nice, however, l had the following issues: 1) Landlord promised to pay 2 days of parking, he didn’t pay any, and I ended up paying €100 in tickets due to his delinquency. When I mentioned it to the landlord, he ignored my message. 2) The couch was very uncomfortable and so hard that it gave me some back problems… 3) the fridge had an ice cream in the freezer that has been there for maybe months, and I couldn’t remove due to the accumulation of ice 4) the landlord was so cheap with the cleaning products, he left me like 5 squirts of hand soap and another 5 in dish soap, and maybe literally 10 sheets of paper towels, while I was planning to stay for a whole month… 5) The property was not as clean as I was expecting…

Lovely Apartment in a Quiet Location
A well equipped apartment in a residential area within walking distance to the center of Bordeaux. The local bus stop is around the corner if needed. Grocery stores and restaurants are all within a few minutes walk as well. If you are using the train, the main station is within walking distance. This is a great apartment to return to after exploring Bordeaux and surrounding region during the day. Sebastian and his wife were great to deal with, very friendly providing detailed information about the city and answering our questions. Thank you for making us feel comfortable in your home of Bordeaux.

Loved my Stay
Cannot fault the apartment nor the charming host. My flight was a little late and Sebastien was at the door waiting for me to give me a quick tour of the apartment despite the late hour. He also provided me with milk and some pastries for a quick breakfast, which was a lovely touch. A 10 minute walk from the station and a 5 minute walk to the amazing Capuchin market made this location perfect! Bus routes and the metro all nearby as is a local bar and small convenience store. Apartment is next to the host so if you need anything he is there, it is so nice to know the apartment is managed and looked after by the owner. The apartment is reasonable in size and with very fast internet, a smart TV would be a great addition to the apartment (I was there for the rugby so saw a number of games on the TV). The bedroom is up a narrow flight of stairs and might be a challenge for someone who is a little unsteady on their feet. I was fine with it. Typical for Bordeaux, it was quite hot and rained at night. Apartment was warm and a fan was available had I needed it. This is the type of place I would return to and is very good value for money.

Quiet, comfortable and close enough.
It’s a great place to rest after a long day of exploring. *we aren’t 20 something’s out late though. Late 30s/early 40s couple who are active but more early morning people.

J'ai passé environ un mois dans cet hébergement placé dans ce quartier très authentique et proche de tout, très bien desservi. L'hebergement est très propre et rien ne manque. L'hôte est très aimable et très serviable. Je ne peux que recommander cet hébergement avec un rapport qualité prix excellent. A refaire.

Ce mignon appartement est idéal pour un couple ou une personne seule. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et à l'écoute. Par contre, pour des longs séjours comme le nôtre (2 mois), l'appartement manquait de certaines commodités pour cuisiner. De plus, lorsque le divant-lit est ouvert, il n'y avait plus beaucoup de place dans la pièce. Sinon, l'appartement est situé près de plusieurs arrêts d'autobus et de plusieurs commerces (supermarché, boulangerie, pharmacie, boucherie, etc.).

I stayed in the apartment for two month and Sébastien has been really great, very helpful and communicative. The apartment has everything you need and is in a quieter area but just around the corner from the marche du Capucins and not far from the center or Quai. It has been a big pleasure staying in bdx .

Very recommendable
Very cozy and clean apartment, perfect size for 1-2 persons, not too far away from the centre yet in a rather calm area. Friendly and very helpful hosts at all times. A washing machine would have been a huge plus, but there are laundromats nearby, so it's not a huge issue. All in all, very recommendable. Thanks again!

El alojamiento estaba muy bien, al llegar metes un código y tienes la llave dentro, nada más entrar da una muy buena impresión y lugar agradable, no es calefacción central pero no hay problema de calor sobre todo en planta de arriba. El dueño muy bien, tuvimos un pequeño problema con el código y nos invitó a un desayuno por las molestias. Volveríamos encantados.

Great stay in Bordeaux
We stayed for 4 nights in Bordeaux at the property. It was really comfortable, modern, clean and Sebastien was really helpful and arranged for a travel cot for us too. The área is really well located: easy access to the Centre Ville (around a 15 min walk) or to the Gare for the trains. There are supermarkets nearby and other useful amenities. We would love to return to Bordeaux, and stay at Sebastien’s again!

Great appartment in quiet location in Bordeaux
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this appartment in Bordeaux - it was in a quiet location - very comfortable and well appointed with easy access to the town via the 9 and 15 buses. The owner made us feel very welcome and explained everything we needed to know. He even got up early on our last day to drive us to the bus station to catch the Express bus to the airport!

Well located, very cozy apartment
The apartment is well located in the city. It is a few short steps away from two bus lines (9 & 15) which will take you to the center in a few minutes. Everything you need is inside the apartment. Most importantly, the owners are very helpful and will quickly respond to any concerns or problems you may have. A very cozy apartment which makes for a great stay in Bordeaux.

Studio bien entretenu bien équipé. Il est conforme à la description et aux photos. Légèrement excentré du centre ville, mais cela ne nous a pas posé de problèmes. Bon contact avec le propriétaire, soucieux de rendre service aux usagers de son logement. Si un nouvelle visite de Bordeaux devait se faire, nous n'hésiterons pas à retourner à l'Annexe.

Très bon séjour dans ce joli studio. Situé dans un quartier calme proche commerce, vélo V3 et arrêt de bus. A 12mn de la gare, à 10mn du marché des Capucins. Le studio est très agréable, décoré avec goût et bien équipé (linge de maison, ustensiles de cuisine...). Plans de la ville et des transports à disposition. Le propriétaire est prévenant, très sympa et toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Pour notre premier séjour bordelais, nous avons été enchantés, merci beaucoup!
