Bad Description-Don't Stay
NO A/C, NO Elevator (3rd Floor walk-up), NO Parking (not even to drop off luggage) and poor communication from host with the check-in process. Found the apartment dirty since the last guest and had plumbing issues that made the apt smell like a sewer during our stay. Only 2 towels for 2 adults for a 4 day stay and was told I would be charged for more towels (extra charge not mentioned online) and that it wasn't a hotel after asking for a few more coffee pods for the Keurig. The bed was an old box spring that was very uncomfortable. As a host myself and having travelled through Europe before, and staying at VRBO's, I was highly disappointed and would not recommend this apartment.
If you do book it, make sure you park at the Victor Hugo Parking lot and walk the 4 blocks with your luggage to the door since there is NO WAY to get to the front door and ask how to get in because he does not put that online. Make sure the plumbing is fixed before you go or you will have to leave the windows open all night. Make sure he has had the apartment cleaned and put the correct sheets on the bed, since they were all flat sheet and you have enough towels before you get charged for asking for extras if you have an extended stay.
