Tastefully decorated and ideally located, it offers you an excellent base in a lively and bustling neighbourhood, whilst remaining quiet.

    🌆 LOCATION AND NEIGHBOURHOOD
    You’ll be staying opposite Gare Saint-Jean, in a lively and bustling neighbourhood with all the main attractions nearby. Tram line C runs 100 metres from the flat and serves all the city’s key locations.
    From Mérignac Airport: Tram A or bus 1 to the Gare Saint-Jean stop, then a 1-minute walk.
    Parking: The apartment does not have its own parking. The public car park at Place de la Victoire is 200 metres away (€19/day). Street parking is free from 7pm to 9am, as well as on Sundays and public holidays.

Great for a weekend in Bordeaux

Well located, close to train station and tram lines, which was perfect for us since we were in the go. All the necessities were provided in a cute little apartment. Liked the breakfast delivery service right to our apartment door!

The smell ...

Overall we were pleased with this property. It was comfortable and the location was extremely convenient, with tram linking to the old part of Bordeaux and the train to the airport. Our only issue was the smell from the shower drain: we suspect a drain pipe was missing or incorrectly installed because a strong sewer smell nearly overwhelmed at times. We hope this is easily fixable for future clients.

Weekend away in Bordeaux

The apartment is well located next to the train station and other means of transport. This can mean that you might hear some noise from the road, but if this doesn't bother you much it is a great apartment. The facilities are great. Even if you had to pay an extra Euro 49 on top of your normal fee for linen and towels, the price is very good for what you get. Will definitely consider this in the future.

Average location, close to train station but far away from centre of town. Tried contacting the owner for check in instructions for days only got a reply an hour before check in making it very stressful. Had claimed to have attempted contact.

Localização privilegiada, pois fica muito próximo da estação de trem. É muito bom para casais com filhos adolescentes por conta da escada interna ser íngreme e perigosa para crianças. É confortável e equipada. Tem privacidade e é tranquilo.

Appartement bien mais gestion horrible !

L'appartement est bien moderne bien équipé et correspond bien au descriptif. La localisation est bien pour l'accessibilité, car proche de la gare, mais qui dit proche de la gare dit proche des nuisances aussi : beaucoup de SDF, odeur d'urine et de poubelle très forte juste devant l'entrée, bruit de klaxonne et de gens qui crient dans la rue même la nuit. Nous avons loué pour un mois complet, au bout de 3 jours dans l'appartement il s'est mis à pleuvoir et de l'eau s'est mise à couler à travers le plafond de manière abondante (j'ai rempli un saladier en 15 mins). J'ai prévenu immédiatement l'agence qui gére le bien. Silence radio pendant 10 jours puis on va prendre en compte, au final rien n'a été fait jusqu'a la fin du séjour! Le plafond a coulé plusieurs fois pendant le séjour. Apparemment le problème avait déjà été signalé par d'autres et le propriétaire continu à louer le bien dans cet état ! C'est inadmissible au prix demandé 2250€ le mois. A éviter fortement.

Disappointment

As the property is right in front of the central station, which is super convenient when traveling green by train or bike (huge secured bike parking facility), it does have its serious down sides. Companies that rent out apartments do this to make money. All fine but some really want to make a quick buck. They tend to the basics without really thinking what the key elements are that make a stay comfortable. I bet no one from the agency ever slept here to experience their own offer. Because if they had, they would have learned that when you open the windows in the evening to cool the apartment, an unpleasant mixture of urine and diesel smells fills the apartment. And on top it is impossible to sleep due to the noise that busy stations make all night. So in short an airconditioning is a necessity of life to survive in this apartment especially during 38 degree summers. And then if the staff would have spend a night to test drive the apartment they would have noticed that all the bed cushions give you serious neck hernias. Perhaps good to invest in some quality cushions instead of 10 euro ones from Ikea.

All good except leaking prob

The apt is good in location , clean & modern. The only flaw when raining, the living room area is leaking from the roof. Water is drippings non stop & wet floor is happening. The living room lighting is not working due to the leaking prob.

Séjour deux nuits

Appartement très confortable et très pratique à proximité de la gare parfait pour deux couples. Environnement peu agréable avec des poubelles et détritus devant la porte de l immeuble. Le service pour récupérer l’appartement insuffisant : rendez vous pris à midi, accueil avec 45 mn de retard et appartement disponible seulement 1 heure après. Demande de bénéficier d un départ le dernier jour décalé d une heure 11 h au lieu de 10h en compensation refusé par le gestionnaire alors que nous avons pris la prestation de ménage facturée 48 euros. Au final l appartement est conforme aux attentes, le service insuffisant au regard du niveau de prix.
