“Everything was good except the bathroom cleanliness. A deep scrub of the floor and polish will be helpful. Also the breakfast options would benefit from more wholesome offerings. Offer less frozen, less processed foods.”

“Excellent spot. Rooms were lovely and pool was great on a hot day! Shuttle was excellent with the beat drivers! Samuel made our trips downtown fun! Would definitely stay here again!!”

“Very clean hotel with all the necessary amenities just a short Uber ride away from downtown Nashville. Be aware that there is no onsite hotel service staff but they are a text message away if you need anything.”

“The breakfast choices were varied- they had an excellent selection. And the staff was on top of it- the area was clean and neat. Very well stocked- they consistently refilled the food. They had fruit, coffee/tea and hot chocolate and lemon water available all the time. The gym and pool were very clean. The gym was small but functional- cardio machines and dumbbells. The rooms were spacious and clean-our room had a sink refrigerator and microwave combo. I would definitely stay here again”

“Albergo eccellente, pulito, in una zona tranquilla e ben frequentato. Stanza, bagno e hall nuove. Ottima colazione. Molto piacevole trascorrere del tempo in terrazza per l’ora dell’aperitivo.”

“I liked the staff they were extremely helpful I didn’t like the key cards where you can only get to your floor, I get the safety measure but tit doesn’t allow you to get to your family who may be on separate floors. Other fan that my stay was great!”

“Beautiful property. Catered more to adults without kids. The studio Queen bed room was marketed for 4 people but was extremely tight with 4 people. Almost no walking space once the bed was out of the pull out couch. All in all a nice property and close enough to walk to downtown Nashville. Would definitely go back sans kids.”

“The bad reviews are very real. Mold, broken lamps, unclean floors, electrical sockets falling out of the walls, clogged pipes, smoke alarms beeping in the halls, etc.”
