“It was very challenging to talk to the host when asking for the entrance directions again, as initially they texted the wrong code. The village is beautiful so it was okay to wait, however, wasted a lot of data getting it solved. When asking to resolve an issue, the individual stated they had to talk to the manager and would not reply back after. The sheets were not clean, and the towels also had someone else’s nose drippings. There was time given to resolve this, however, they chose not to...

“Very conveniently located in Monterosso, just steps away from restaurants but still very quiet. Google wasn't terrific on directions from the Monterosso train station, but with all the restaurants nearby I got steered the right way by the proprietors. Only drawback to the very quaint property is that it's small. You enter through an outer door then an inner door. On the right there's a combination desk/eating surface that's good for two only, a cabinet on the left, along with a very small...

“What a wonderful experience staying in Monterosso! The apartment was a lovely base for exploring the beauty of Cinque Terre, with its charming streets, wonderful restaurants, and breathtaking coastal scenery. Staying here gave us the opportunity to experience the slower pace of life in this beautiful part of Italy. We loved exploring the villages during the day and returning to Monterosso in the evenings. A little note about the steps: Yes, there are 79 steps to reach the apartment, but don’t...

“Zero check in which had us waiting and Jo entry late, they sent details only at 18.00…. Which we never received, then they tried to contact me 10 times, at incorrect number. Apartment cold, bed uncomfortable, two extra fees plus local tax, so 3 extra fees, I knew about 2…. Impossible to get downstairs all the time for smoking…very long walk from station. Worst place I ever stayed!!!!!!!plus super expensive!”

“137 stairs to access so be ready to sweat carrying your luggage up. The walk from the train station isn’t bad until you get to the stairs to the building. But that’s is to be expected in Cinque Terre and you are rewarded by the view which was quintessential Cinque Terre. The balcony was lovely especially in the evening. During our stay it was hot so the fans were helpful but it was still quite warm. The rooms were very spacious and nicely appointed. The steps didn’t bother us coming and going...

“Underbart! Bodde så bra i monterosso. Lite jobbigt att de inte städade och bytte handdukar. ”

“The Villa Tanca is amazing. We had a large group in Cinque Terre and it accommodated us perfectly. It is as gorgeous as the photos and the views are breathtaking. Also the hosts were incredibly thorough and helpful, with lots of lovely touches. Amazing stay, highly recommend.”

“Overall great experience and fantastic location. Yeah, there was a couple flights of stairs, but I'm sure so many less than many places in Cinque Terre. Would definitely stay again!”

“Il personale dell’albergo sono stati gentilissimi, la camera era ariosa e ben curata. L’albergo si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione e così è molto più tranquillo con ottimi ristoranti e caffè sotto la struttura.Lo consiglio vivamente.”

“Personale molto gentile e disponibile . ”

“Cannot say enough positive things about this stay over. The village was beautiful. The room was fantastic. And the view off the balcony: BREATHTAKING! They offer an amazing breakfast every morning overlooking the ocean and neighboring villages. Its absolutely right out of a movie. You just have to experience it for yourself. Words don't do it justice. Thank you for everything!!!”

“My stay here in Monterosso was lovely. Please be warned, there are about 100 stairs or so straight up, leading to the room. I wouldn’t recommend if you are not able to climb a lot of stairs. But the location was perfect, a little off the beaten path, so super quiet and serene. Except there are times when you can hear the people above you from the bedroom walking or pushing in/out chairs. The AC was unmatched! After sweating profusely from the steep ascend to the room, that air conditioning felt...

“This was beyond our expectations. Location could not be more perfect. Bright and quiet although in a busy spot (excellent windows and soundproofing!). We are a family of 5, so they made up the pull out sofa couch into a bed for my son. It was very comfortable. Thank you for an incredible stay!! We were so happy!!!”

“We did like the room clean and safe I don’t like the stuff we did see any body Is more convenient to communicate face to face”

“Very rustic property, but clean, well stocked and had everything we needed. Lots of steps to facility, but there are steps everywhere! And, we were pleased that when we opened the door, no more steps!😀”

“La camera pulita e sistemata, si sale a piedi, niente ascensore, colazione non in struttura ma in un bar convenzionato che ti da 1 cornetto e 1 cappuccino. Parcheggio al coperto abbastanza complesso con una salita molto ripida e il box molto stretto, non perfetto per chi ha un suv.”
