INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL:
- Welcome pack (first day only): Toilet paper, instant coffee, tea, sugar, shower gel, shampoo, sponge, soap, bin bags, Vanity Fair, etc.
- Consumables such as oil, salt and pepper are not guaranteed – this depends on the discretion of the previous guests.
- Bed linen and towels: 1 large towel per adult/child provided, regardless of the length of stay. Please note, baby towels and beach towels are not provided.
- End-of-stay cleaning included.
- Self-check-in is possible via a key box on site.

-Security deposit and platform fees: a credit card pre-authorisation of €1,500 will be required as a security deposit (MANDATORY). This amount will not be debited unless issues arise. However, platform fees will apply, the amount of which varies depending on the option chosen
- Travel cot hire with accessories (mattress, mattress protector, fitted sheet); high chair hire = chargeable option & subject to availability.
- Mid-stay cleaning and linen change on request = chargeable option subject to availability.
- Hand-over in person also possible = chargeable option, subject to preference and availability.
- Other possible extras: holiday planning, early arrival, late departure, delivery/collection of your shopping… Standard check-in: 5pm / standard check-out: 10am
- Pets are permitted subject to prior request (please contact Conciergerie Janua before booking) and for an additional fee. Please note: pets are not allowed on the beaches.

- Private swimming pool + paddling pool (open from mid-June to the end of September)
- 2 fenced tennis courts (as shown in the photos): please note that rackets and balls are not provided
- 3 large pétanque courts: pétanque balls are available if required
- 1 children’s play area (under 10s)
- 1 caretaker (on site subject to availability)
- Secure access with a code to enter each time you drive in or out (sent after booking)

THE ACCOMMODATION:
- Accessibility for people with reduced mobility: As the property is on one level and on the ground floor (with a slight step at the front door), it is accessible to people with reduced mobility, particularly those in wheelchairs. However, please note that not all doors are the same width. Door dimensions:

- Bathroom & bedroom: 70 cm

- Washing machine located near the entrance (to be replaced in May 2026).

- INFO: The property, which is an older build, was partially repainted in 2025 following water damage. However, some visual imperfections may remain, such as cracks, traces of adhesive on the bedroom tiles near the bay windows, or yellowed grouting.

SURROUNDINGS & LOCATION:
- Close to shops, the beach, the harbour, the sea, playgrounds, a skatepark and La Favière’s summer festivities (night market, etc.)
On foot: 15 mins - by car: 5 mins to the large harbour car park

Full access: You have exclusive access to the entire property as well as the communal areas of the residence: Swimming pool, tennis court, pétanque court, garden... Please note, access may vary depending on the season and opening hours.

- Flexible check-in & check-out: Self-check-in or in-person check-in, more flexibility with times, etc. – anything is possible with our extras; we adapt to suit you!

-Security and verification: An ID card is required after booking to ensure the security of the accommodation.

-No smoking indoors - Pets are permitted subject to prior request and for an additional fee. – Parties and events are prohibited out of consideration for the neighbours.

-Any stay that is currently in progress and/or has exceeded the refund period specified in the contract is due and will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
