The residence les pins parasols has 2 floors, only 23 apartments for most of the second homes, an elevator serves the floors from the garage.
The 10X5M swimming pool is very friendly, as well as the bowling alley.
2 parking spaces are available in the basement (cool) as well as bicycle parking. Access is totally secure.
This Cosy apartment is ideal for getting together as a couple or sharing a family moment with the children.
Thanks to the separate cabin, it also offers the possibility of accommodating 2 couples.
The picturesque village of Bormes les mimosas is 6 minutes away by car (market on Wednesdays), the shops of the Pin de Bormes district are 300M away (Carrefour City open until 9pm, bakery, butcher, doctor, pharmacy, veterinarian, pizzeria, press, tobacconist, bar, restaurant, vehicle charging station 300M away).
The Auchan supermarket in the direction of Le Lavandou is 1.5km away as well as the gas station.
Le Lavandou and its large beach are 2km away (market on Thursdays), the beach and the port of Bormes are 2.5km away. You can easily visit the islands of Port-Cros, Porquerolles and Le Lavant. The unmissable beaches of Cabasson, Estagnol, Léoube... The fort of Brégançon open to the public by reservation.
For cycling 🚴 enthusiasts, the departure of the coastal cycle path starts 150M from the apartment, it will take you everywhere and to Saint-Tropez which is 38KM away!

Access: Toulon Saint-Tropez bus line number 878 (Riviera station stop 350M from the residence).
Toulon-Hyeres airport 20Km away.

You will be welcomed in the apartment during the scheduled check-in times and you will be able to receive all the information.
Outside these hours, another arrival organization will be planned.

Access to the regulated swimming pool 10am-7pm.
Children must be accompanied by an adult by the pool

A playground for small children and ping-pong table is 250m away.

One pet is allowed on request (25KG max): an additional charge of €5/day will be payable. It will not be allowed to leave your pet alone in the apartment.
A dog area is set up in Le Lavandou as well as access to a beach in Saint-Clair (Le Lavandou).
