“The helpful reception staff is their strong suit. My booked room had blinds missing from one window (so no nighttime privacy); but the gent on duty promptly moved me to an upgraded Executive room when I reported the issue. In contrast the night watchman was far from the gate listening with earbuds so I had to buzz then yell then bang to, finally, get his attention. Rooms are spacious and clean, altgough worn and needing upgrades. The continental bkfst was basic but had a French pot of coffee--a...
