It’s the perfect starting point for the best time of your year—your vacation in Holstein Switzerland. Whether you want to enjoy the region’s cultural offerings, engage in outdoor activities such as kayaking, fishing, biking, and hiking, or simply spend a few relaxing hours in the garden.
The property is situated on a plot of over 6,000 square meters in an idyllic location on the outskirts of town. The garden features a gazebo, seating areas, and lounge chairs. You can relax in the shade under the trees or enjoy sunbathing in the open space.
In addition, a bocce court has been built, where guests have already enjoyed many fun-filled hours.
A lockable bike shed with free charging for e-bikes, as well as barbecue facilities, are also included with your accommodation.
Parking spaces for cars, trailers, or boat trailers are available.

About your accommodation:

You’ll find an attic apartment that was extensively renovated and furnished with great care in 2023.
The living area measures 70 square meters and is designed for 4 people.
In the entryway, there is a separate hallway with a staircase leading up to the upper
apartment. You’ll enter a spacious hallway from which all rooms branch off.
The apartment features two bedrooms. One bedroom has a
180/200 bed, while the other has two 90/200 single beds.
There is a beautiful bathroom with a shower. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and should allow you to cook in comfort. The living and dining room faces south, offering an unobstructed view of the garden and adjacent fields. In the morning, you can also watch deer and hares in the garden from there.

A separate laundry room with a washing machine, detergent, drying rack, ironing board, and iron is at your disposal.

Bed linens, towels, and final cleaning are included in the price.

Wi-Fi, satellite TV, internet radio, a collection of games, and a safe are also included.

In addition to the rent, a visitor’s tax applies to guests aged 18 and older.
From May 1 to September 30: €2.00 per person per day
From October 1 to April 30: €1.00 per person per day
