“We disliked the check-in procedure without an actual reception area. It was very awkward and difficult to communicate with management. The apartment was charming but some improvements could be made: replace the burner with a microwave; provide some towels or paper towels to dry dishes. On the Expedia site it specifically said that both bathrobes and laundry facilities were provided but this was not the case. “Prachtige kamers met veel sfeer onder andere door de oude details van het pand. We hebben, ondanks dat het Jazz festival voor de deur was, heerlijk geslapen. De bedden zijn comfortabel en er zijn heerlijke kussens. Badkamer heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en een lekker ruime douche. Wij gaan zeker nog eens terug!”

“The staff helped me with a issue I had in my room quickly, the TV was giving sound but no picture. The room was very nice! The only suggestion I have is bring earplugs if you are noise sensitive and on the entry floor, room 1 or 2, because people check in there and stand and talk while waiting for the elevator. It is perfect if you are coming by public transport, and it's not a far walk to the city center. I would do it again!”

“Gigantische kamer, fijn voor langer verblijf voor bv werk. Grote badkamer, zeer compleet. Kitchenette, alles zeer netjes. Inchecken was wat minder eenvoudig maar nadat ik de tablet had gevonden uiteindelijk toch simpel. Parkeren kan niet echt voor de deur, hou rekening met een aantal minuten lopen.”

“Very nice hotel in a castle. Not easy to find without GPS ( some roads to get there were pedestrian), but once you know the way is very easy ( also depend from which direction you are coming). The hotel is quite big and quiet, nice breakfast and park around. Highly suggested ”

“We arrived later than planned but one of the team stayed to ensure we could check in which was great. Room was super clean; lovely to have access to cutlery for our late night takeaway dinner; such a luxury to have underfloor heating in the bathroom, and breakfast was simple but just what we needed to set us up for the day. Will be back next time and make sure we get some time organised in the spa on site!”
