Staff was friefly the rooms clean. I had to move into hotel beause I lost power prior to the Jan 24-25 snow and ice storm an I was relieved to have heat and lights. It was absolutely terrible. The bed had hair embedded in the comforter, and the bathroom shower was disgusting-the shower was nasty and dirty and there was hair in there as well. I was highly disappointed this time!
